Idyllic and rustic surroundings with hills, avocado trees and singing birds; yet with easy access to major highways (about 1.5 mile off highway I-15 and ~4 miles off highway 76), wedding venues in Fallbrook and Temecula, the beaches of San Diego, the Temecula wine country, as well as the famous Pala Casino Resort & Spa nearby. The home was built in 1990 and completely updated throughout by the current owners at the end of 2014. Features hardwood floors in the living areas and bedrooms, and travertine tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Total living area is approximately 3,000 square feet. The single story Spanish style home features a large kitchen, adjacent casual dining area with a large picture window capturing the amazing mountain views; a large family room with exposed beam cathedral ceiling and a beautiful stone fireplace; a large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and a baby grand piano; and a laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer.
