'Serviceniveauet var ikke godt. Lige fra tjek ind hvor der ikke var meget smil og indekommende, hvilket føltes at vi var til besvær. Senere på aften fik vi nogle drinks som ikke var kolde og derfor bad vi om flere isterninger men de kom aldrig. Ved morgenmaden kl 08:30 var der ingen plads, ikke afryddet. De fleste fade på buffet var tomme og det var ikke mere kaffe. Efter 5 - 10 minutter begyndte der at komme lidt personale og buffet blev langsomt fyldt op - så i alt mangel på service, lidt smil og forståelse for situationen.'
