'A last minute booking as we were passing through Exeter visiting family. The room was decent with a comfy bed. There was a little noise from the courtyard outside playing music at night which stopped about 10pm. No issue. Great central location and a relaxed night. No complimentary toiletries 🧴not even a toothbrush 🪥- which is just a pain to have to go and buy them. I asked at reception and he just shook his head. 🤷♂️99% of hotels we stay at have them - seems a little tight 🤣 - anyway no issues with the room or location so we’d stay here again if needed. 👍'

'The hotel was nice even though the bathroom, which was wet room style, was not really to my taste. Location was good within a shortish walk from the town centre. The bed let the room down as was far too firm for my liking. We were also disappointed that the window could not be opened The breakfast was ok but a little disappointed that fried eggs could not be available. But all in all, not a bad choice for an overnight stay'
