출장시 다른 예산 호텔 체인과 같은 것에 익숙해졌지만 머 큐어 브랜드의 명성에 따라 실망했습니다. 호텔 건물 자체는 아름답고 객실은 현대적이지만 불행히도 건물 직물은 현대화되지 않아 불편한 밤을 맞이했습니다. 방은 약간만 열린 싱글 창문이있는 매우 따뜻했으며 에어컨 / 팬이 제공되지 않았습니다. 추운 9 월 밤에도 방은 초기 시간에 불편하게 따뜻했습니다. 내 방은 부엌 인 것 같은 곳 / 일종의 발전기 / 히터 반대편에 위치했습니다. 아침에 오전 6시에 문을 열었을 때 창문을 열어서 방을 시원하게 유지해야했기 때문에 깨어났습니다. 아침 식사의 범위는 좋았지 만 (요리 된 아침 식사, 패스트리, 시리얼, 유럽식) 슬프게도 품질은 상당히 열악했습니다. 일요일 오전 8시에 첫 사람이기는하지만 음식은 전반적으로 차갑고 소시지와 베이컨은 매우 단단하고 가죽이었습니다. 모든 상호 작용의 직원은 도움이되고 예의 바르 았습니다. 특히 체크인시 안내 원. 전반적으로 실망스러운 숙박이며 슬프게도 Accor 호텔에서의 첫 번째 가난한 경험은 아닙니다.

It was a very nice hotel. Initially we were assigned a standard room (which was lovely also) but when we said we had booked a different room they were very apologetic and got us moved straight away. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and lovely. It's right by the cathedral and lots of great restaurants. The spa in the basement was handy. Would stay here again.

아들을 데리고 엑서터 대학교를 볼 때 호텔을 예약했습니다. 위치는 훌륭했고 방은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 직원들은 매우 즐겁고 도움이 되었습니다. 실망한 유일한 것은 아침 식사였습니다. 실제로 뜨거운 음식을 먹을 수 없었습니다. 계란은 맛이 없었고 소시지는 고기 맛이 없었고 베이컨은 쫄깃했습니다.

우리는 데본의 더 큰 지역을 여행하는 동안 이틀 동안 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 우리는 일찍 도착했고, 그들의 안뜰에서 점심을 먹었다. 멋진 방과 아침 2 아침이 있었다. 좋은 음식, 좋은 직원, 깨끗한 방. 불행히도, 우리가 우리 방에 간 후 두 개의 엘리베이터는 첫날 저녁에 작동하지 않았습니다. 다음날 고정. 대성당과 먹을 좋은 곳까지 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 우리는 다시 거기에있을 것입니다.

We stayed because our husbands were going to the rugby and the girls having a trip into Exeter. Location of the hotel was perfect not a long walk to the train station for us to get into town. On arrival at 12.30 reception was full queues of people trying to check in or leave bags. A man was sent out to take our car registration and names and then we could wait in the bar until they were ready for us. The boys waited in the bar and we headed off. They were checked in before 3 when they had to leave for the rugby which was good but to be honest we knew we were early and would have been happy leaving the luggage. We were told out of the 3 couples we had an upgrade to what turned out to be an accessible room and to be honest it isn’t an upgrade. I would have preferred the room we had booked which certainly wasn’t accessible. One of the other couples was over charged by £70 on check in - which we did sort out on our return. Whilst shopping we checked to see if our mobile key was ready but no we had to go to check in and do that on return to the hotel so they could Id us seems to defeat the object. On arrival back joined a queue again to activate the mobile key. It seems to be the longest slowest check of any hotel I have stayed in. When we finally got to the front we were given a normal key as it might take a while for the mobile one to work. Good job because it took nearly an hour to activate and then when I tried it it wouldn’t work with my phone. We then went to the bar before dinner again it was packed we managed to get a table but only 2 servers so wait for drinks was a little long. Price was ok. We had a table booked in the view for dinner and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. Again restaurant was very busy but the staff were lovely. Couldn’t have water. On the table as the waitress informed us they had run out of jugs, we said we would wait but she said no they had no jugs? She had to keep topping up from a bottle and she wasn’t allowed to leave the bottle on the table. Perhaps a trip to the next door IKEA May have sorted that. The main meal came with various items missing off of each plate, salsa, salad and chips. Overall was nice though. Breakfast was an another matter, we sat in the bar as the restaurant was packed. The design of the restaurant for breakfast is awful. People queueing for hot food past the croissants and bread and toaster so someone is always in the way. The fruit and cold meat and cheeses on the end of the hot line so missed by a lot of people. Only Greek or soya p,Ian yoghurt noth8ng flavoured, ran out of compote and fruit. Had to ask for the orange juice to be topped up. Just very disorganised and badly set out. Now I know it was a busy rugby weekend but the hotel are obviously fully aware of this. The staff were pleasant and the food in the evening lovely, in the morning ok. The room was clean and lovely - definitely not an upgrade though so please don’t make out it was. Stayed with a friend early April for 3 nights. The room was very nice, clean and functional and the bathroom was nice and clean with a lovely big bath. The staff could not have been any more helpful if they tried - they were great, knowledgeable about the area, telling us things to do and the best places to eat and how to get everywhere. Only had breakfast one of the mornings and it was lovely, very good. Altogether a very enjoyable stay, would definitely stay here again
