The small bedroom is built for sleeping. It has recessed lighting and sconces and no windows. It also has a small walk-in closet with a full length mirror.Guests have a private entrance and access to the entire space. The wall in the bedroom closet is shared with a small hair salon on E street.The host is available to answer questions by phone/text and lives in same city but not on site.Henderson Center is a family oriented shopping district in Eureka. It has a delightful mix of restaurants, retail, and service businesses - boasting over 100 businesses. It has a local farmer’s market every Thursday from June through October. Bike stores, pet stores, clothing stores, hardware stores and more.There is free available parking in front of the gate where you access the property. We also allow guests to park in a secure garage! It is easiest to get around on foot as you are literally next door to shops and restaurants. The zoo, beaches, and downtown are all a 5-10 minute drive away.The property is accessed through a gate in the alley off Grotto street between D and E streets. The perfect gathering place for larger groups and corporate retreats! Centrally located, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is tucked away on a private street at the end of a cul-de-sac. Hot tub and fire pit recently added.Spacious with a family room, living room, and game room--perfect for gatherings and entertainment. Just minutes from Sequoia Park and the skywalk, set on half an acre, with the adjacent lot overlooking a redwood gulch with a small creek. Updated appliances and lots of room for parking!The spaceThe house is a 2,300+ sq. ft. home with two levels. The sleeping areas are located upstairs, with one sleeper sofa located off of the dining room on the first floor. Spacious and perfectly spread out for larger groups to unwind and enjoy their own private areas of the house. There is a an en-suite bathroom off of the primary suite as well as ample closet space. In addition, there is another large bathroom upstairs for the other rooms to use, and a large game room with bunk beds meant to maximize occupancy for larger groups.The main house is located on a mostly paved surface, with an adjacent lot next-door that overlooks a redwood gulch area. There is ample parking, and a large outdoor patio just off of the kitchen and family room to make for the perfect flow for indoor/outdoor entertaining.The main floor also has a laundry room with washer and dryer setup, as well as a large dining area that can comfortable seat up to 10 people. A half bathroom is also available downstairs as well as a completely updated kitchen with everything you might need to cook a meal for your group.Guest accessGuests will have access to the entire home, excluding the garage where we keep our supplies, etc. There is ample parking in both the driveway and the street. The backyard is private, though, not fully fenced for those bringing furry friends.There is a 5 person hot tub on this property in perfect working order, if you are seeing this in the description, that means that the hot tub is still there, working, and being regularly maintained for your convenience.Other things to note*Cleaning fee is set to $145. Occasionally, there have been glitches in the past on the platform that set the price lower. Please note this and let me know if you see any discrepancies prior to booking.*$50 pet fee is applicable per pet. If we find signs of a pet that was not listed in the reservation, we will charge you after your stay.*pets cannot be left unattended. Cozy little independent studio with safe offstreet parking. Parking area and property is shared with the main house, but there is lots of privacy with a large covered porch that looks out over a veggie garden. Basic amenities provided so that you can focus on experiencing the great outdoors in the nearby state and national parks or any of the other local sightseeing opportunities. It is a very cozy space best suited for a couple or single guest. Or travel with a pet - fully fenced yard provided.Very cozy tucked away spot that's great for listening to the rain under the metal roof over the big porch. Lots of sunlight when the clouds clear which adds to the warmth of the space. Limited amenities, but a kitchenette space and shower stall are provided. Other amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels,as well as coffee, tea, coffee maker, hot plate, toaster, microwave, utensils, cups, plates, pot and pans and micro-fridge/freezer. Please just reach out if there's something else that's needed, we likely have it and are able to lend it.Guest access and parking:The gate from the parking area can be accessed with a latch and the front door to the studio is accessed with a keypad using a 4-digit code (usually the last 4 of your phone number unless otherwise specified).Please only use parking space #2 during your stay as we do host another rental on site. You may see others coming and going in the parking area. Please keep gates closed at all times when not loading/unloading.Additional parking may be available upon request.
