"이것은 매력적인 프랑스식 장소인 훌륭한 호텔/샤토를 다시 방문하는 것이었습니다. 우리는 주인 Marcelle, Tim 및 직원으로부터 매우 따뜻한 환영을 받았습니다. 우리 방의 체크인은 훌륭했고 곧 일류 시설인 실내 수영장/자쿠지/사우나/체육관 등으로 이동했습니다. 그런 다음 저녁에는 환상적인 식사와 좋은 품질의 와인을 즐길 수 있는 즐거운 레스토랑으로 이동했습니다. 다음 아침 아침 식사는 고품질이었습니다. 호텔은 자체의 작은 섬에 위치하고 있어 매우 사적이며 넓은 정원과 넓은 주차장, 좋은 날씨에 식사하기에 완벽한 멋진 테라스가 있습니다. 시내까지 도보로 짧은 거리에 있으며, 아름다운 옹플뢰르까지 차로 단 20분 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 이 호텔을 적극 추천할 수 있으며 빨리 돌아오고 싶습니다. 클라이브 테일러에게 감사드립니다."

"We received a friendly welcome from the hosts. They all speak English which is a bonus. The room was rather small - it was a room for 2 - but clean and the bathroom was nice with a heated towel rail, which we don't always see in some hotels, and it came in handy as the early mornings were very cold. The breakfast was superb, and the stewed prunes and fruit salad were sublime. Delicious cheeses and thick creamy yoghurt complete the gastronomic delights. Definitely enough to set one up for a day of exploring the region."

"Enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff, lovely pool. Only fault there wasn't enough storage space for our clothes as there were no drawers and only a small hanging space. Take a kettle with you if you want tea/coffee in your room like we do."

"My wife and I were delighted to stay here during our Seine cycle trip. The location is ideal... on the Seine with a relaxing garden next to it and a rooftop sitting area for an even better view. The rooms overlooking the river are a must. They are recently updated and very comfortable. We loved our dinner and breakfast. The dinner was one of our better meals on our two week trip. We generally like to explore the area, but this hotel invites you to settle in and relax and enjoy every minute of the stay. As a bonus, the hotel offers indoor bicycle storage with racks, pumps and electrical outlets. A perfect stay for us!"

"Came across this hotel by accident after the Chambre Hotes we had booked in to proved to be of very poor standard. The Lion d'Or made us welcome and we had a clean, comfortable, quiet room plus good breakfast the following morning. A big bonus is that they have their own courtyard where you can safely park your car. Also several good restaurants are all within easy walking distance - Le Bistrot de Bernay was excellent. All in all nothing fancy, but just right for tired travellers looking for a stop-over."
