酒店很新，一進門就有裝修的味道。前台很熱情，這是唯一遇到的服務熱情的。房間不算大，但是乾淨。早餐最不滿意的，品種少，鬆餅還要自己烤。麪包沒幾個，牛奶沒了也不添加，咖啡很淡不好喝。很早預訂的，但是價格卻是貴了一千，有些鬱悶。也就值1500的價格，過2000就別住了。

不錯的房間乾淨也比較大，設施都很新

Built in October 2024, not only did this property feel new, but it was designed with the modern vacation traveler in mind. The Front Desk was friendly and professional, and quickly recognized our Bonvoy status. The well designed room consisted of a full kitchen complete with large fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, pots & pans, coffee cups (no glasses), and even a microwave safe popcorn bowl. There are 2 comfortable Queen beds, large HDTV, lounge chair w foot rest, and a small desk with 2 chairs. Plugs and USB plugs were plenty and accessible (always the issue of older properties). There is a large closet with drawers that was also like a vanity space. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower (no bath tub) with a towel rack to hang your used towels. Note that there is no Safe located in the room, but probably available in the Front Desk if you had to store your valuables. You’ll find breakfast starting at 630am in the breakfast area on the first floor where a small living room with TV is also located. Breakfast consisted of scramble eggs, sausage patties, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, and self-service waffle makers. A small gym is also located on the first floor to the left of the elevators which had a few treadmills, bikes, and free weights. Note there is no pool or hot tub located in this property. There is an outside seating area located in the back and front of the property, with the front area having 2 large Weber grills (perfect for steaks), fire pit, and tables. Plenty of free parking was also available. The property is located close to the freeways entrance with the Shopping Mall only a 5 min walk and Starbucks a 10 min walk away. There is an ‘Elmers’ diner beside the property which serves a full breakfast. There are also other eating options close to the mall, including a Food Court located in the mall. University of Oregon is also located less than a 10 min drive which is probably why the property is an NCAA partner. Overall I would highly recommend this property as a great option if you are traveling with your family to Eugene, visiting University of Oregon, or passing by Eugene on your way back to Seattle.

One of the best Towneplace Suites I have ever stayed at! At check in, the young lady recongnized my Titanium status right away and was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very new and evey thing is new and working perfectly. the 1 bedroom has everything you need for a longer term stay, but we are only staying 1 night. The suite has full kitchen with all the plates and utentials you will need- including full pots and pans (all new). The hotel is also next to an Elmers restaurant which has great food.

The suite had adequate space for entertaining. The mattress was wonderful. The kitchen area and equipment was nice. I missed the usual lotion in the bathroom. The lighting and mirror situation in the bathroom was NOT conducive to putting on make-up !!!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much and for sure will be back in the future. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Room is very clean and comfortable.
