It wasn’t a very safe area, No coffee pot or coffee, in the room. The staff was very friendly and great.

Very clean property with great staff. As a bonus the State Patrol station is right across the street so there is no worry of theft or vandalism like you will find in other parts of Eugene.

The woman that checked me in was really nice. She had a good personality. The area is sketchy and the bed was horrible.

The room was clean. However, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help us once we arrived. We rang the bell and called multiple times. Then there was no apology or any validation for the fact that we were waiting. She was nice once she finally arrived, but...

If i could give this a negative review i would. Horrible service. Room was dirty. Tv didnt work. Trying to get anyone in the office was next to impossible. ********** outside. Unsafe neighborhood.

Room was clean, beds were okayish, amenities were light though, no room coffee was a bummer, but breakfast was found nearby. Some real good dining options were found on Blair, the walk was a little sketch, but safe enough.

Check in went smoothly. The couple who work there are very nice and they work hard to keep the property safe in a very sketchy neighborhood. That being said, avoid going outside alone at night. The room was bare bones, but I wasn't looking for luxury, just a place to sleep.

Extremely kind and helpful owners. They went above and beyond to accommodate my children and me. We were only there one night and got back on the road the next morning so they went out and bought breakfast foods for us. They had them ready in the lobby when we went to check out and gave us a bunch a road snacks. Extremely friendly and helpful!

The most crucial piece of furniture in the room seemed dirty. Under the blankets, there appear to be some black specs of something. Not to mention the bed had a musky smell. Fortunately, we had our blankets and pillows, so we slept on them. Other than that, the property manager at this building is efficient and responsive to accommodating checking-in and out customers, and the location is very convenient for those early morning in Airport flights. The travel time took us about 17 minutes to get to the airport, according to GPS. This property is you get what you pay for.
