Hotel Malika Residency

Very bad experience. Renovating hotel. Full of dust everywhere. Not recommended in this situation. Once renovation will complete may be it will become a food choice

The location is in an eye catch area very near to the main road with easy accessibility. The room is worthy & value for money. We did not use the restaurant.

My recent stay at hotel malik residency in ettumanoor left me very disappointed. Despite checking in late with my wife and 2-year-old son, after full pre-payment and prior intimation by phone call, we encountered several problems. The bathroom was smelly, which was extremely unpleasant, and the toilet jet was leaking, spraying water across the entire bathroom. Additionally, we struggled with locking the door, which was inconvenient and concerning for our safety. On a positive note, the staff was relatively cooperative, but unfortunately, their assistance did not alleviate the overall discomfort and dissatisfaction caused by the room's condition. However, i must acknowledge that the hotel's location is indeed good, which could be a redeeming factor for some guests. In summary, while the location of hotel malik residency is favorable, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room, making it difficult to recommend to others.

Good place, in terms of room space and amenities. The hotel staff could be a lot more guest-friendly. Their room service is sub-par. They definitely need training on how to manage customer requests. Menu options are highly restrictive.

Prime location, neat &clean room and wash room. Room service alavilable. Dedicated staff. Overall its good.

Located in the heart of ettumanoor town. Room was clean and provided amenities like kettle, sugar, teabags etc. Bathroom was also good provided a comb, showercap, soaps, dentalkit, shaving set, and shampoos showerjel etc. Receptionist and everything felt good. Car and bike parking available.

Property located in prime location with adequate parking, co operative front desk executive and security personnal. Ac having very good cooling, room service good, toileteries provided. Electric kettle and tea coffee making sachets provided. Hassle free check in
