They have thought of everything.  The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional.  The restaurants are also excellent and the choice of wine is amazing. Clean rooms, well tended gardens, spacious, friendly and welcoming I highly recommend.

Amazing family friendly 5 star hotel. Stayed here with out 2 & 5 year old in July for 2 weeks, pool temps were perfectly heated. My oldest enjoyed the swimming lessons provided in the main pool. Drinks/ food service around the pool were quick and tasty. Food in all restaurants was AMAZING we usually ordered 3 courses and anything extra if we wanted we ate in the restaurants almost every night, buffet maybe once or twice. Children well catered for just ask and they’ll provide anything thats not even on the menu. We didnt use the kids club/ creche so cant comment but my girls loved the entertainment on the night especially the disney show which is late but is worth keeping them up for. We stayed in a private garden suite and it was perfect for our family. Didnt hire the tesla or use the busses provided to other towns. Whats app service was great. Service from staff amazing. I would 100% recommend this hotel for families with young children and would most certainly return. Thanks Ikos for an amazing stay!

This was our 6th holiday to an Ikos resort, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is beautifully appointed, and spotless. The restaurants are varied and food very good. We particularly liked the promenade in front of the hotel, and used the bikes to cycle into Estepona. However the most important feature for us was the staff. The professional service, and effort they provided to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, was amazing.

This was our second visit to this fantastic facility, the food staff and facilities are excellent and the trips to Estepona are worth taking. The accommodation is first class and the food and drink are of an exceptional standard this coupled with a can do attitude makes for a relaxing holiday. The arrival greeting is fast and efficient and the room service provided leave you wanting for nothing. If you book direct with IKOS they provide the high standard of transportation we have come to expect from this company at no cost. The rooms have all the usual facilities including daily replenished mini bar, Wi-Fi, safe and coffee and tea facilities again replenished daily, the towels and bedding are changed when required and the rooms are serviced daily. There are plenty of sunbeds across the numerous pools, however, we found inconsiderate guests monopolised the beds and the company do not undertake to monitor there policy of removing towels after a certain time. Whilst there are specific pools for families with children some parents do not consider that there noisy children can disrupt other gusts as long as they are not being bothered, another irritating anomaly that could be policed by the company policing and ensuring that guests abide by the rules. This facility is highly recommended for a high class holiday with all the trimmings expected from a 5 star establishment.

The reviews are all true - this resort is amazing!!! From start to finish the staff cannot do enough, so attentive and so many of them! I love how they all greet you wherever they meet you - a nice touch! The accomdation is modern, clean and goes above and beyond anywhere else we've stayed. We were in 2 minds about booking in October due to weather concerns but we needn't have worried, it was a solid 25/26 degrees all week with not a drop of rain. We really appreciated the excursions to Puerto Banus and Estepona as it helped pass a couple of mornings with 2 toddlers in toe constantly demanding the pool. We took the tesla to Ronda and we thoroughly enjoyed, what an authentic spot. Only gripe would be the recommended parking in Ronda is tight so be prepared. The only issue we had for the week was kids on bikes going around unsupervised late into the night and I know this is something others have raised. Obviously there's a question of parental responsibility but we feel a better solution would be that the hotel request bikes to be returned by a certain time. All in all we had a fabulous week and can't wait to visit our next Ikos Resort..we are hooked😁
