1살,6살 아이둘과 함께한 가족여행 호텔 내 피플레스토랑 음식이 맛있으며 가격도 괜찮은편임 아이들이 잘 먹음 온천수영장에서 아이들과 즐겁게 놀았음 키즈클럽은 너무 작고 시설이 부족함 아이들이 가지고 놀게 없음 호텔방은 층고가 높고 호텔방은 이쁘게 꾸며져있음

Amazed by the huge structure, magnificent, and well decorated. What facility is not available, you name it. Lovely staff and excellent views. I would say it is worth every penny you spend to stay in this hotel. Highly recommend.

Issue with Booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir – Discrepancy and Guest Policy Concerns A frustrating experience with a recent booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir, made through Trip platform. Upon arrival at the hotel, I initially inquired about room availability directly at reception and to view rooms. I was quoted a significantly higher rate than what was listed on Trip.com. When I showed them the lower price on the app and asked if they would match it, I was told they would not. However, the receptionist confirmed that I could book the same room through Trip.com and return with the confirmation. After booking the King Room via Trip.com, the hotel insisted that only one person could stay in the room unless we paid an additional fee. This was despite the fact that: The room type was clearly for two people, Only one breakfast was included (which we accepted), And no restriction on guest number was mentioned in the listing. It took a prolonged discussion and escalation to the manager before two guests were allowed to stay—only after unnecessary argument and delay. Additionally, the rate for the second night on Trip.com was significantly higher than the first night. I strongly recommend Trip.com highlight or suggest booking the entire duration of a stay at the outset, rather than booking night by night, to ensure guests lock in the best rate and avoid such discrepancies.

Excellent hotel - excellent swimming pool and thermal pool - nice Spa. Breakfast is excellent in a terrace overlooking the city - perfect stunning view.

Everything was very good but only cleanliness need to be improved. Very dusty on the bed sheet.

That was a wonderful stay.

Otel’in konumu ve mimarisi çok güzel. Termal ve aile odası olduğu için tercih ettik. Hizmet kalitesi beklentimizin altında kaldı. Özellikle kahvaltı konsepte dahil olmasından dolayı olacak herhalde çok vasattı. Restoran ücretli olmasına rağmen kuzu eti tercihimizin menüde karşılığı yoktu.

Herşey mükemmel kusursuz , tek değişmesi gereken mükemmel sabah kahvaltısındaki Türk çayının kültürü  yaşatmak adına ,  çay kazanı ,çay demliği ,kullanılan çay ve demleme yöntemi değişmeli .

İnanılmaz bir otel. Konumu tam Odun Pazarı’nın tepesinde. Direk yürüyerek Odun Pazarı’na inebiliniyor. Otelin modern ve çevreci mimarisi, kahvaltının lezzeti ve çeşitleri, kahvaltı sırasında lobideki klasık muzık dınletısı, personelin güleryuzu ve ılgısı, inanılmaz termalleri ve spası ile her ay gıtmek ıstedıgım favori otel oldu kendısı.

Konaklama deneyimin müthişti. Ayrıca odamın manzarasına bayıldım. Akşam olduğunda çok hoş bir görsel şölen vardı ✨😍
