숙박하면서 불편한점 없이 잘 묵다 갑니다 출장다니면서 다녔던 숙소중에 굉장히 괜찮았던거 같아요 인도에서 불편함없는 숙소덕분에 잘다녀갑니다

This we felt veg option food menu is very less and repetitive. Restaurant service manager forgot my main course order in time . Average food taste.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Poor lifts, very less choice of breakfast food, poor service. Unexpectly poor . Specially lifts are risky nd not level matched. Washroom had drainage issue. Water was full filled in washroom Food in room was okay no doubt. But room and gallery were smelling. Gardern is also not well maintain

I have been a regular customer here since the past 2 years only due to the location, never had a smooth & steady stay, staff always fail to take instructions or requests be it 2 days in advance or on the spot. Nobody is ever alert when you're talking, this can be room service or reception, the staff does keep changing constantly hence why could be lack of training. I'm continuously left frustrated for one reason or another and i see no benefits of being a regular customer here, i must be staying here at least every 2 months. The bathroom is ridiculous for the rent you pay, i have shared the pics. Some staff members have also been very helpful such as Ruby & some of the girls at reception. Staff in general are not rude but yes they struggle to meet needs or just get the basics right. In generalities would only recommend this stay if your desperate for the airport location as it is the only premium hotel in the area.

Cozy rooms. Good quality food. Bi rooms. Had coffee near pool side table. Nice coffee shop and overall its very quite place. Right from entering the hotel till reaching the room it was a pleasant experience. Soft bed and pillows. Good mini bar.

Bed’s height is a bit more than average. Bathtub needs to be cleaner. Breakfast had a good spread. Room size was good. Swimming pool changing rooms need to have shampoo/soap etc. Missed an outdoor shower near swimming pool. Gum had really good equipment.

We stayed in the hotel a couple of times and then my son got married on 6th-7th December 2024. The entire hotel was booked by us and the experience was very good overall.After finalising all arrangements which took a little time & effort ,we were v happy with the outcome. Excellent service & food, warm & efficient staff. Cleanliness was good too and the ambience was super.

Stayed there for one night. Checking in was breeze. But after that, it was another story. Just to get an extra lotion, it took 4-5 calls. Next early morning, no hot water to shower. I had to take cold shower in winter. Beds were nice and comfortable. Morning reception staff were not responsible.

We had planned our 2 days marriage event. We are really thankfull to the entire Management & Hotel staff Team of "The Ummed" for putting up an excellent show... Food, Hotel Staff everything was superb... Chef Anil ji Negi & his team really impressed us & our guests with their cuisine tastes... kudos !! To entire "The Ummed " Team.. Thanks, Harshit

Staff is courteous. Cleanliness is excellent. The recently renovated rooms give different kind of experience. The food quality is good. Breakfast includes multiple options and local touch as well. The only suggestion to make rooms sound proof as beside road traffic or customers those are coming for marriage events etc should not disturb the regular business class customers.

"My stay at Hotel Umed Ahmedabad was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, and excellent dinner prepared by good chefs… special thanks to Exec Chef Mr Anil Negi and GM Mr Ashok. Overall great value for the money.

Wonderful hotel, hospitality, and food. Truly a five-star experience. I had a wonderful stay, and the front office and Housekeeping teams were very good. When I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel truly welcome. The room cleaning & hygiene are excellent and the well-maintained food was super. great experience.
