'Really great location and felt very safe with access to the rooms and main building were with your own hostel card. Generally quite clean but floors could have been cleaner. Good shower facilities but not many sinks (3) and hand dryers (1) for the amount of showers and toilets there were (6/8). Kitchen facilities really well equipped and clean. Overall would recommend for a short stay.'

'11월 말에 이 호텔에 머물기로 예약해서 정말 다행이었습니다. 제가 들어선 순간부터 슬프게도 방문을 마칠 때까지 환영받는 기분을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 모든 부서의 직원들은 일류였고 만나서 기뻤습니다. 제 객실은 모든 면에서 이상적이었고 호텔의 위치는 지역 시설과 팔마 중심가에 매우 편리했습니다. 레스토랑에서 훌륭한 메뉴를 제공했고 저는 아침 식사와 여러 저녁 식사를 그곳에서 하기로 했습니다. 저는 주저하지 않고 다시 이곳에 머물고 싶고 그렇게 오래지 않아 기회가 생기기를 진심으로 바랍니다. 제 숙박을 편안하고 기억에 남는 시간으로 만들어 준 모든 직원들에게 감사드립니다.'

'We took a ferry from Barcelona and arrived at the hotel around 7 am. The hotel was so friendly that we were allowed to buy an extra buffet breakfast for €14 (trip said its €12) and stay in the comfortable lounge for our room until check-in time. Lastly, we were given a room an hour earlier, but somehow, we saw that the cleaners were cleaning every room. Besides bedding, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and well prepared. The room is always dim. The window is enormous; no stop is provided to stop the window from being blown by the wind. The bedroom carpet is full of stains and smelly, even the one along the corridor. The cleanliness is poor. No pantry in the room. It took them 4-5 hours to bring the kettle and the tea bags. Toilet paper is not refilled every day, you need to get it on your own at the lobby reception. The quality of hotel buffet, breakfast the comfortness of the louge and the location is unbeatable. 2mins to the estacion and 6mins to the town center. We took an autobus to Soller for a day trip Photos failed to upload to here for many times'
