에르푸르트, Deserteurdenkmal 근처 호텔

Unser Familienzimmer war sehr großzügig und sauber. Bad war auch größer, als in den Standard-Doppelzimmern der Hotelkette. Obwohl direkt zur Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen, blieb die Lärmbelastung (bei geschlossenen Schallschutzfenstern) absolut erträglich und wir konnten bestens schlafen. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt, verbunden mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, war für uns die perfekte Kombination. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel für einen Städtetrip in die sehenswerte Landeshauptstadt.

Great location, literally 2 minutes on foot to the Erfurt Cathedral. Great breakfast, good variety, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. The room itself is not what one will expect from a 4-stars-hotel. Absolutely uncomfortable, cold, old furniture which doesn't suit to such a hotel. Horribly noisy, basically you can hear your neighbours, awful! Not to mention the old noisy a/c! No coffee maker or at least a kettle in the room! Instead you're kindly asked to go to the reception and buy coffee or any drinks from the vending machine. And please, people, check the tissues package! If there are only several tissues left, then you'd better change the whole package instead of waiting till it's empty...or am I wrong?! During my next trip to Erfurt I will definitely try another hotel to compare it, this one gets from me the lowest possible mark!

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber, Einrichtung völlig ausreichend. Zimmer sind etwas umständlich zu finden. Parkmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden. Ruhige Lage. Bad geräumig mit Dusche. Kommen gerne wieder

시설 : 호텔의 디자인은 탁월하며 의심의 여지가 없습니다. 벽 유리, 욕실 바닥 난방 및 어디에나있는 작은 팁 라벨 등 현대적인 감각이 강합니다. 유일한 단점은 미니 바가 없다는 것입니다. 위생: 매우 좋고 전반적인 느낌이 매우 깨끗합니다. 환경: 기차역 옆에 있지만 식사와 쇼핑의 선택은 여전히 상대적으로 적습니다. 그리고 소비는 너무 비쌉니다. 30-40유로를 먹습니다. 서비스: 호텔 디자인의 의도와는 거리가 멉니다! 디자인의 이점은 웨이터에게 우월성을 제공하고 서비스 감각의 무관심을 생성합니다. 예를 들어, 체크인 할 때 고객은 이미 긴 줄을 서고 두 개의 프런트 데스크는 천천히 걷고 다른 사람은 직접 멈추고 전화 죽을 끓여서 고객이 기다릴 수있었습니다.

Erfurt 주요 기차역 근처의 현대적인 디자인 호텔, 구시 가지까지 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 표준 더 블룸은 단순하지만 편안하고 매우 깨끗하며 좋은 침대와 욕실이 있습니다. 좋은 직원이지만 체크인 과정이 약간 느린 것처럼 보였습니다. 체크인을 기다리는 손님이 많지 않았지만 몇 분 동안 줄을서야했습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았지 만 (뷔페) 조금 혼잡했습니다.

We stayed in this hotel on two separate nights bookending a trip to Frankfurt. This hotel is not - in our experience - typical of the Mercure brand. Far too often Mercure's are in good locations but somewhat rundown, tired and in need of attention. This is quite the opposite. It appears to have been wholly refurbished in the last five years, it is looked after. The hotel is conveniently situated near to both the old town and the main, new shopping area, both being no more than five minutes walk away. It is a ten to fifteen minute walk from the railway station or (for us) a €10 taxi ride. There is paid for car parking if required. This is a deceptively large hotel, the short frontage belies the fact that it has 141 rooms. The hotel stretches back from its frontage - we felt it was long and not very wide. It is spread over four floors and possibly an attic. We were on the fourth floor for our first visit and on the first floor for the second. Entry into the hotel from the street leads to a small reception area with ottoman seating. Screened from reception is a small bar and another soft seating area. The bar had elusive opening times - but seemed not to operate before 18:00 hours. Service was good. There is a restaurant that is not the breakfast room but that was not open during our stay with no sign of opening on the horizon. All public areas were clean, tidy and well maintained, albeit with a Alpine overtone! Access to the upper floors is via dedicated lifts or stairs depending upon the location of the room, with some rooms there is quite a walk to the lift. There is a small garden and paved area with seating. We saw no specific provision for disabled access but believe that the hotel is easy enough to negotiate. There is a separate breakfast room which works very well albeit it is not large. It is at the furthest end of the hotel from reception and bypasses some of the meeting rooms. Whilst these rooms were used during our stays we experienced no difficulties. We took breakfast early and the restaurant was never full or cramped. Breakfast is generous but prettty standard continental fare. Our first room (413) was a standard room and disappointing although it was clean and well cared for. Our second room however (136) was an upgrade and provided exceptional space and comfort for a reasonable price. Had we been able to satisfactorily understand the room descriptions and attributes on the website a room such as 136 would have been our preference. It had a large and comfortable double bed, a small seating area with table, a separate desk along with the usual accessories of a safe, TV, wifi etc. We didn't try the TV but everything else worked. There is no aircon but there is very effective radiator heating. We can imagine that opening the windows for some rooms would produce a great deal of street noise, but both our rooms were towards the rear of the hotel and quiet. 우리는 우리 차가 무료로 서있을 수있는 거리의 주차 장소를 볼 수있는 넓은 방 215를 받았습니다. 친절한 직원, 좋은 밤 휴식 및 다양한 아침 식사는 숙박을 매우 즐겁게했습니다. 성공원까지 거리를 걸어 다닐 수 있고, 중심지까지 도보로 접근이 가능하기 때문에 최상위 위치도 이용 가능합니다. 또한 홈 레스토랑에서는 아주 잘 먹을 수 있습니다.
