Stay in a newly refinished house that’s over 120 years old with the best location in a small town of Ephrata, large fenced in yard, and plenty of space for up to 8 guests! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.First you’ll walk into our very large living area with a 50” smart fire TV with plenty of seating for the whole family. Into the kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to cook for short or long term stays. Right off the kitchen features a full bath with a walk-in shower. Just past the living room is a super spacious dining area with a large 6ft table to gather for meals! In addition, you’ll find a nice sitting area as well as our full size washer and dryer in the closet. Beyond the dining room is the back door to enter into our large fully fenced in backyard! Guaranteed a dog favorite! Our second floor is situated with all 4 bedrooms. First, you’ll find a lovely queen bed with beautiful hand carved side tables! The second bedroom has a wonderful queen size rattan sleigh bed, sure to be a guest favorite! In this room we have a spacious closet and a beautiful hand carved dresser with a 32” Fire smart TV. Our third bedroom is another queen size bed with a gorgeous green accent wall as well as a spacious closet! Lastly, there’s a twin size trundle bed that’s perfect for kiddos or additional guests. On the second floor, you will find our second full bath with a tub-shower combo. Our linens are hotel quality, the type that make you want to stay in bed! We provide the essentials so all you need to do is bring yourself and enjoy your trip! ***This home was built in 1900 and is not new construction. This newly renovated single family home is situated in the heart of Ephrata with craft breweries around the corner, the Lititz rail trail only a few blocks away, and you’ll be walking distance to all of the charm of the downtown Main Street. At our property you’ll find 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have a fully equipped kitchen for long or short stays. Our dual coffee machine will make you fresh drip coffee as well as K-cups. Our living room features a large 42” smart TV, wonderful window seat and a vintage green couch! Right around the corner you’ll find another large bathroom outfitted with a shower and 2-person sauna. Our full bathroom is a few steps away from our downstairs bedroom with a gorgeous rattan queen size bed, large dresser, and smart TV. As you go upstairs you’ll find two sunlight filled bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom features a large window seat perfect for catching up on your favorite book or relaxing before heading out to see some horse and buggies! This bedroom also has a designated work space, large closet, and access to the balcony to use as you please. The other queen bedroom features a large closet, dresser, and smart TV. Lastly, the third bedroom upstairs features a gorgeous gold trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Our home is a newly refinished, hidden gem only 2 1/2 blocks from the Main Street of Ephrata. You will find this lovely area to be convenient, friendly, and surprisingly quiet. This fun, unique, & stylish small town home was built in 1925 and features original wood floors, a cozy porch and balcony for relaxing, a 43” Smart TV with complimentary HBO Max and Netflix, internet access, a fully equipped kitchen, and high quality hotel bed linens. Enjoy some relaxation and music on our Bluetooth record player and speaker. You will also have full access to a stackable washer and dryer with all supplies provided. The first bedroom has a delightfully comfortable queen size bed and a private entrance to a large balcony as well as a dresser for longer stays. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with a gorgeous vintage peacock chair. Lastly, go to the end of the hallway and enter into the third bedroom which has two twin size beds, perfect for children or additional guests. In addition, we have a small fenced in backyard for all of those loved pups that get to travel with you. We offer firewood and a s’more basket to enjoy in our fire pit whenever you please! You can enjoy summer evenings sitting outside on the patio. All you need is your suitcase and we will provide the rest.
