Ada had hurt her thumb, and Yannis was very kind in assisting with that. In fact, we found all the hotel staff to be lovely and always ready to help. We also really appreciated the nice hotel and the good choice of food available at the jungle bar, which was nicely presented. Our room was spotlessly clean and the hotel overall felt very child-friendly. We had a very happy and enjoyable time and would highly recommend your hotel as a great place to stay. "We had a good holiday overall and made some lovely family memories, but I don’t think this hotel quite lives up to its 4-star rating, particularly when compared with other 4-star all-inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at. To start with the positives, we really appreciated the hotel moving us to a different room after we raised our concerns. The management listened and did what they could to improve our stay, and we’re genuinely grateful for that. Our original apartment was very dated, with old dark furniture, a tired-looking bathroom, poor Wi-Fi and no air conditioning in the lounge where our family member was sleeping. It didn’t match the impression we’d been given online and was a disappointing start to the holiday. The food was always perfectly edible, and we never struggled to find something to eat, but the selection was quite basic and repetitive. We’ve stayed at several other all-inclusive hotels where there was much more variety, particularly at dinner, and a greater choice of fresh dishes. One thing we also noticed was the lack of service in the restaurant. We appreciate that buffet restaurants work differently to table service, but at other all-inclusive resorts we’ve at least been greeted on arrival, shown to a table or welcomed with a simple “good morning”. Here, it often felt like you simply walked in, found your own table and that was it. The staff worked hard, but the overall atmosphere felt less welcoming than we’d expected. The entertainment was a bit mixed. The Greek dancing night was excellent and one of the highlights of the holiday, and the aqua gym sessions were great fun too. However, outside of those, there often wasn’t much happening around the pool during the day. We would have liked to see more organised activities and entertainment for both adults and children, as there were long periods where very little was going on. Some evening entertainment also felt a little overhyped compared with what was actually provided. That said, the resort itself has some positives. The pools are nice, the views are beautiful, and the location is great for visiting Elounda and Agios Nikolaos. Overall, I’d describe the hotel as perfectly fine rather than exceptional. We enjoyed our holiday, but if you’re expecting the standard of a typical 4-star all-inclusive resort, you may find it falls a little short in terms of accommodation, food variety, cleanliness, atmosphere and overall attention to detail. With some investment and improvements, it could be a much stronger hotel."

"My wife and I just returned from a 7night stay, and we loved it. The people working here, all the people, clearly understand that you get the basics right - and you work hard at that for sure - but then it's the little things that lift a hotel up to the next level. For example, we were arriving late and they had thought to have some nice fresh snacks in the fridge and a bottle of wine to welcome us. There is clearly a lot of work going on from housekeeping, to the care of the facilities, but it feels unobtrusive. I can't speak highly enough, and I do hope that we get the chance to stay here again."
