一樓家庭套房在大院子外面，面對一個大橄欖樹園子，比較鄉村，沒有洗衣機。早餐可以不定，幾分鐘溜達出去可以吃。

We had a wonderful week at EGS in mid-September. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb (we wished we'd booked it in advance), the suite was comfortable, spacious and well-appointed and the location was excellent, a gentle; level stroll to the beach and restaurants. We loved the pool. There was no problem getting a sunbed but it might not be so easy in high season.

The place is convenient to reach the city center. The accommodation was spacious and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Extra tip: you can wash all your clothes during your stay for free. All excellent! Would recommend 100%! Hope to come back to Elounda

Excellent! We had a delightful week here. We received a very warm welcome even though we arrived at midnight. The ground floor suite was spacious and immaculately clean, with a pretty patio and a balcony at the back. The gardens were lush and shady with lime, lemon and olive trees. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was generous (although the toast was more like warm bread!) We appreciated the bottle of water and the wine in the fridge. The location was perfect being a short walk to the harbour and beaches. The small town was pretty and fairly quiet in October. We enjoyed the boat trip to Spinalonga but didn’t like nearby Agios Nikolaos which was a bus ride away. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We've been to Elounda many times and stayed in different hotels/apartments most times. Booked the whole package with easyJet as this worked out less money than booking directly Welcomed by Tony at reception on our arrival. The next morning we saw Kristina and Anna. All staff are absolutely wonderful We had room 208, a 1st floor apartment with large sitting room/kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom with lots of storage space. The best is they can do your washing at no extra charge! Pool area is clean and tidy, although pool.needs a bit of maintenance as many loose tiles. Free towels are available for use around pool or to take to the beach We will definitely return as we had such a lovely time!

First of all I would like to thank Anna & her team who made me and my family so welcome . This was my first time in Crete & we was there for a friend 's wedding but this hotel & the staff has made want to return asap. The room we had was quite large & had everything you would need and more - the fresh fruit and wine was so nice of you to have in the room as we arrived . The two ladies who look after the house keeping are amazing and everything is spotless . The breakfast is cooked fresh every day & you have a wide choice of hot and cold & all cooked by Maria's mummy who did try to teach me greek . Breakfast is served by Angela and once again nothing is a problem . If you want snacks or afternoon drink another star Maria is on hand & always has a smile and all the snacks are once again cooked fresh by Maria's mum For my business I have to travel all over Europe & the middle east & I find if you have great staff you are half way to having a great hotel - this place has the lot greta hotel Great staff Once again thank to all @ EGS for looking after my family

My family have been coming to the Elounda Garden Suites since it opened 10 years ago. It is perfectly located just a short walk from the centre of Elounda but it somehow feels so calm and peaceful - especially in the evening. The rooms are simple but spotless and comfortable. A special shout out to Anna and her team who are all brilliant at what they do and make us feel so at home. I love it here and hope to keep coming back for many more years to come!

This hotel was an absolute hidden gem! The pool was lovely, comfy sun beds (wish there were a few more!) and spacious rooms. The cocktails and food were delicious. The hotel staff went above and beyond and were very friendly, with special mention to Maria (I believe this was her name, apologies if I am wrong) who was so accommodating and lovely to my friends and I. The hotel is a short walk from a beach and a lovely row of shops and restaurants with beautiful views.
