Hotele tej sieci trzymają dobry poziom, lokalizacja w samym centrum Starówki, na plus basen, dobrze wygłuszone, przestronne  pokoje. Zdecydowanie polecam.  Z minusów to wentylatory w pokojach obligatoryjnie pracują 9-21 i momentami przeszkadzają np. W drzemce.  Na śniadaniu był live cooking, co powinno być plusem jednak ilość gości vs jedna pani z jedna patelnią = długi czas oczekiwania na np. Jajecznicę  Wystarczyło dać ciepłe dania do bemarów a dla chętnych omlety i jajka na zamówienie.  Hotel ogólnie na duży plus.

Mixed review really. I don’t speak a word of Polish so probably frustrating for them, however probably not what you would call attentive, other than the cleaners who seemed the hardest working people in there and the male waiter who was very good. Hotel was nice enough, pool and sauna were nice touch. And rooms were spacious enough. Now for the negatives, when night falls the hotel seems to be surrounded by aggressive shouting, screaming, load music and noisy cars. Maybe it’s because it’s the summer holidays or Polish culture that sounds aggressive and like shouting and partying in the streets until early hours. Our room had no A/C so we sacrificed sleep for temperature by having the window open. Worst bit was the bed! Stupid square pillows, and sheets and mattress topper that separate the minute you lay on them. All in all, Hotel itself is nice, staff are ok. Terrible nights sleep though….

The hotel tries to be premium but does not live up to its promise. The first room was dusty and sheets were not changed after the previous guest. The staff were very ashamed and immediately provided another room. It was difficult to lock the doors and an alarm signal went off each time we closed the door. Breakfast was mediocre.

1x overnacht. Kamer in orde Proper. Airco. Badkamer in orde. Ligbad om te douchen. Behulpzaam personeel. Wat fijn en extra is aan dit hotel is het zwembad. Proper en goede badmeester. Ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en plaats genoeg in de ontbijtruimte. Hotel is wat gedateerd en sommige zaken dienen gerenoveerd o.a oud tapijt in ontbijtzaal. Parking is goed toegankelijk.

Hotel ottimo, camere pulite e ben curate, unica nota dolente il caposala del ristorante, maleducato ed indisponente. Alle semplici richieste, come ad esempio avere altra acqua rispondeva stizzito con commenti incomprensibili in polacco. Sarebbe da licenziare all’istante.
