Wow very nice hotel and management, all the rooms are very wonderful view's from the rooms, staff's are very helpful, room's very spotless clean and tidy, housekeeping staff's are so helpful, i would like to thanks for all given such a wonderful hospitality, i will be back soon, henceforth this is my next my home, really am feeling like a my home Samaya hotel.

Had problems with cancellation and refund.. It was bad experience and service..Hope they improve their customer service and cancellation policy especially for long reservations.. Food was average .. Not recommending it and will not visit in future.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un bon emplacement, la vue sur la terrasse au-dessus de l'immeuble est vraiment belle. et d'un joli décor. Mais le service pourrait être revu a la hausse. le petit déjeuner est répétitif et le room service n'est pas bon du tout. pour une chambre de 2 personnes, nous avons dû rappeler a chaque fois au garçon d'étages de mettre tout en deux. Le petit-déjeuner commence avec 15 minutes de plus que l'heure annoncée. On dresse encore pendant que les clients sont déjà la. a l'arrivée très tôt le matin, nous avons attendu quelque 15 minutes puisqu'il y avait 3 personnes arrivées en même temps et qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule personne a la réception. a part cela, les chambres sont assez sommaires, mais propres et bien agencées. Les groom (door people) a l'entrée sont assez gentilles/efficaces. Ils vous voient de loin et viennent vous aider avec vos achats
