Great hotel in good location in the sea. Big garden with swimming pool (which they were renovating/cleaning during my stay). Friendly staff. Room was big and clean.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel, tout s’est bien passé. J’ai failli annuler mon séjour en voyant les commentaires mais je ne l’ai pas fait et j’en suis heureuse. Il est vrai que l’hôtel n’est pas un hôtel de luxe mais niveau qualité prix rien à dire. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine couverte et chauffée et la nourriture était très bonne.

My recent stay at Delphin Habib Hotel was disappointing and, at times, alarmingly unsafe. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with a bathtub visibly damaged with burn marks, as though someone had repeatedly stubbed out cigarettes on it. After I showed a photo of the issue to the receptionist, they quickly apologized and reassigned me to a different room. However, this set the tone for a stay filled with ongoing issues that were, at best, frustrating and, at worst, genuinely hazardous. The hotel itself felt very run-down. Out of the four elevators, only one was functional, leading to long wait times and crowded journeys. When I attempted to use the stairs, I was met with further issues. During the second week, thunderstorms led to extensive leaks throughout the hotel. Water dripped through the roof in multiple areas, including the restaurant, where loose plaster nearly fell on me while I was filling my drink. The staircases were leaking from the 5th floor down to the ground floor, creating large puddles at the bottom. Despite the safety hazard, nothing was done to address this, making an already difficult situation with one elevator even more troubling. The maintenance and hygiene standards were also poor. In the restaurant, the glasses were consistently dirty and seemed never to be cleaned properly, adding to an overall lack of cleanliness. Furthermore, flies constantly hovered around the food, making the dining experience unpleasant and unhygienic. The guest rooms were extremely outdated, and most of the advertised amenities were either unavailable or not up to standard. The pool water was murky and had a slimy residue on the bottom, while the indoor pool wasn’t even filled. Only two of the five outdoor waterslides were open, and I later discovered that the remaining three were closed due to visible cracks and signs of poor maintenance. Adding to the list of unmet expectations, the snack bar was closed, and the air conditioning, despite being advertised, was turned off for the season. The lack of care for both guest safety and comfort was undeniable. In summary, Delphin Habib Hotel failed to meet even basic hospitality standards. The ongoing water leaks, unsafe facilities, poor hygiene, and outdated amenities made this a regrettable holiday choice. I would strongly advise against this hotel for anyone seeking a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay.

It's fun to enjoy a vacation in a different place from the world with people who live in a little isolated place. I love Africa and the nature of Africa. Every time I watch an African movie, I feel comfortable and at peace. It is nice to get to know the animation team, it is the only team that makes you happy and interested, and also makes beautiful shows for us to make us happy. They work a lot of time, but we have to love them as well, for every person who wants Holiday I advise him to come to the Habib Dolphin Hotel. ♥️

A beautiful vacation with my friends. I loved this vacation. I hope to return to it bec ause of me. The animation team was good with beautiful evenings and shows. How enjoyable it was. Salah, Chaf, Leo, Tjouni, Freddy, and Memo were special to me.The welcome at the hotel was good and the treatment with us at the reception was good and very fast. I loved the rosary and Tunisian food and I went to the city and Sidi Bou Said and the desert and many other beautiful places.

The hotel is good, the food ok… the hotel is tired but so comfortable and friendly. The animation team are amazing! They have endless energy and are always making guests happy! Would definitely recommend here and come again. Well done guys!

Nice hotel lovely good beautiful pool superb animation team especially Simon and jonny chef animation salad

One of the best holidays I’ve been on. We took our 10 month old and the staff were so helpful. Clean rooms amazing pools. The animation staff are absolutely brilliant. They work so hard to keep all the adults and children entertained. Nothing is ever an issue and the team will meet all your needs. Loved every minute of our holiday here. Will be returning next year
