We ask to please park in the driveway/garage and front of the house as much as possible. We are flexible with number of people if additional guests wish to stay on an inflatable air mattress.*PETS: We are Pet Friendly. There will be an extra $75 cleaning fee. Maximum 2 dogs per stay. The kitchen has direct access to the outside deck where you will find a Grill outside for cooking. The living area offers a big flat screen tv, (Wifi included, as well as Roku to log into your own viewing App Netflix or Disney). - LOWER LEVEL: Includes 1 large Bedroom (Queen Bed) connected to a Bathroom. Outside of the bedroom is the large Game/TV room and a bright area with a work desk which has direct access to the backyard. Please note the office area is not enclosed in a room with a door, it is isolated but part of the fireplace and tv/game room. The washer / dryer is also on this level. * OUTDOORS.The outdoor deck is directly accessed from the kitchen and partially shaded with stairs to the backyard. The patio has a gas BBQ grill. The lower floor has a walk-out basement to access the backyard too. The backyard is big and fully fenced, with trees for shade. The backyard has a gate that accesses the Park in the back called “Dirty Woman Park”, which has a creek, playground, volleyball, basketball, soccer, and baseball fields. The park is several hundred feet from the house and noise should not be a problem. Just down the road is the National Forest with great trails for hiking or biking, and Monument Rock is very close within the forest grounds. The town of Monument offers shopping, great restaurants, parks, playgrounds, farmer markets. Major Grocery Stores, Walmart, and most stores are just 5 - 10 minute drive.Guest access* DURING YOUR STAY. Guests will have access to the entire home including the 1-car garage, minus the outdoor storage shed. We will never enter the house during your stay without your permission.
