"저희는 평점이 높은 후기들을 보고 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 하지만 호텔에 들어서는 순간, 후기들과는 완전히 다른 곳이라는 것을 깨달았습니다. 로비는 텅 비어 있었고, 짐을 옮겨달라고 벨보이를 부르니 리셉션 직원이 직접 옮기라고 했습니다. 방 상태는 엉망이었습니다. 커튼은 찢어져 바닥에 떨어져 있었고, 창문은 깨져 있었으며, 세면대는 막혀 있었고, TV는 고장 나 있었습니다! 리셉션에 다시 이야기했지만, 돌아온 대답은 "내일 봐드릴까요?"였습니다. 아침 식사는 정해진 메뉴였는데, 음식 대부분이 먹을 수 없을 정도로 형편없었습니다. 한마디로, 호텔 측은 전혀 전문적이지 않았고, 누구도 손님을 신경 쓰지 않는 것 같았습니다! 가격 대비 만족도는 최악이었습니다!"

"The weather in Kaz Mountains is beautiful, but the roads are challenging. You should take this into consideration when traveling. We were also told that even if you have a high-altitude vehicle, individual visits to nearby waterfalls, etc. are prohibited. When we wanted to go on a safari tour, the hotel provided facilities, but we were told that the number of participants was insufficient and that a maximum of eight people were required. During our three-day stay, we only met our grocery needs by transporting to the nearby village. Other than that, there are virtually no facilities or activities available at the location. I don't think the natural pool water is very cold and very hygienic. While the hotel offers facilities like okey and backgammon, the horseback riding area is suitable for children and not for adults. We stayed in dome tents, and the room amenities were adequate. However, if you plan to stay in a tent, you should expect to stay in a stuffy room. The small holes in the tents don't provide air circulation, or you should prefer to sleep with your door open. It would be more logical to stay in wooden houses. If I go again, I would definitely provide my own food and drinks and choose another accommodation, and go with a large group of friends just for the weather. There were no insects in the area, which was very pleasing to me. Although I bought pesticides, I didn't use any. The breakfast selection was adequate, until the last morning when I noticed mold and spiderwebs on some items (a pastry). I doubt you'll find anything to eat there for dinner. Their menu is very limited; you can eat outside at another establishment, which is what we did. Finally, the sale of tobacco products on the premises was a welcome relief."
