"Stayed 2 months during building work at home, hot water only on between 5-8am and 5-8pm No heating, had to buy an electric fan heater for the room, we were supposed to be staying an extra week but came back after a night out and they had given the room to someone else, no idea how they knew we weren’t there the night before other than physically going into the room to check, we left and never went back even though they tried to give us another room. strangest thing was the caretaker guy just kept appearing when you least expect it, like he was watching you, stunk of **** and very loud at weekends in the room above. "

"We always eat here food is always excellent and for me the best steak I have ever eaten perfectly cooked and presented. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, even when it's busy you get great service with a smile. In the summer it's great for being outside watching the boats go by, highly recommend this place."
