I have a very good experience there the place is so good and all the staff are very attentive and polite The service team is amazing including Mr Danish Miss Anju prakhar Anurag ahtesham they are very helpful and assisting us in every way Best hotel ever stay

One of the best hotels... Best Western Maharani Bagh Delhi is a notch up when it comes to taking extra care of its guests. Naturally looking forward to staying again at this hotel. Though I have stayed at Best Western Goa, Brussels and the like, I like the ambience and the vibe of Best Western

We stayed at the Best Western Maharani Bagh for 8 nights in a Premium room. It’s a relatively new hotel. Check-in: we arrived in the late evening. The check-in process seemed to go smoothly and the young *** gave a thorough spiel on things we might need to know, but upon entering our hotel room, it was clear he missed the bit in my booking that we had booked a premium room. Back down to the front desk. This time the ***ager was there. He apologised for his younger “new here” colleague and allocated the correct room to me. Room: we liked this room. Being in the hotel for an extended stay, we felt the need for extra space and felt the surcharge was worth it. Having the walk in closet meant our room was always tidy. The sofa was comfortable. The bed was also comfortable, but the pillows were quite high which could be an issue if you’re a back or front sleeper. Bring earplugs! India is the land of the honking horn, especially at night. The hotel is on a busy road, but earplugs made for a great peaceful sleep. The bathroom was a good size. The water pressure for the shower was excellent. Soap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and razor were provided (extras available upon request). The bathroom’s ventilation wasn’t good. Bring some sort of air freshener. This room type came with a balcony which we didn’t really use, except to hang out some hand washing (BYO travel clothesline— the hotel also offers a laundry service). The room safe is big enough for a laptop. Universal electric plugs and USB-A plugs are available in the room. An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Housekeeping: simply excellent. The rooms are immaculate. We stayed in the room a couple of times when they serviced the room and the guys were very thorough, including daily sweeping and mopping of the whole room. Once we mentioned an issue with mosquitoes in the room and they provided one of those wall plug-in bug repellers. Restaurant: we ate breakfast daily and ***y lunches and dinners in the restaurant as it seemed to be the safest option around. The breakfast buffet is mostly Indian cuisine, but there is toast, pastries, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, and eggs made to order for the Western palate. They did dosa made to order and this was my go to as they are gluten free. I also had the idli as another gluten free option. The coffee machine did decent Americanos. The lunch/dinner menu was extensive, and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The staff were so nice and provided great service. Front desk: the ***ager was great and even helped us with some spa bookings. The rest of the front desk staff were nice enough, but anything semi complicated had to be deferred back to the ***ager. Other comments: the elevators aren’t secure, I.e. no swiping a cad reader to get to your floor. The lobby could do with a few more places to sit. The hotel isn’t really near anything, but Ubers are cheap and plentiful. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at Best Western Maharani Bagh for a total of 3 nights before and after our trip to Kashmir from Delhi. We had a reasonably good stay. It's not a large property so amenities are limited, i.e. there's no pool or gym but the lobby and breakfast room are tastefully appointed, as is our room which is true to the photos shown on Agoda. Our bed was large and comfortable and the hot shower worked well. I also appreciated the hand-held shower which I feel makes the difference for a well-appointed bathroom. Only a small tube of shower gel and shampoo were provided which may be an issue for others but we always bring our own toiletries so this wasn't a problem for us. The hotel's front porch could do with a little sprucing up to look more finished. All staff were professional except for a certain Mr Vikram Singh who found cause only known to himself to act all arrogant but we’re not bothered. All in, Best Western Maharani Bagh provided great value for money in terms of a reasonably new, clean and modern room with breakfast which consisted of a mini buffet and unlimited orders of omelette, masala dosas etc in a beautiful modern dining room. Though there's not much in the area location-wise and everywhere else required at least a 10min Uber ride in the horrendous Delhi traffic, we’ll be happy to stay here again should Best Western keep up it’s standard and value proposition.

It’s a great property, conveniently located in terms of access to transportation. However, the proximity to the flyover and lack of soundproof windows meant a constant sound of traffic through the day and night. Light sleepers like me will take a while to fall asleep. Overall, a nice clean hotel since it’s new and they have a good staff. Note: restaurant has a fairly limited menu and they’ve yet to get their alcohol license.

Great for sleeping there, wouldn't suggest it's great for eating! It's a new hotel and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are nice, and the showers were good. The hotel itself is very smart. It's in a busy area next to a fly over but we were aware of this when booking. The breakfast had good options, however we were not impressed with the evening meal we ordered. The veg curry wasn't good and the pizza was hardly cooked. The soft drinks were very limited, no sprite, fanta or coke cola. The service in the hotel was SO SLOW, they need more staff. Only 1 person on check-in and check-out, it took ages to get helped- this was very frustrating. If you're just looking for somewhere to stay I think it's great, I would suggest eating out.

Pros - Rooms are comfortable, staff is lovely, and a very good breakfast buffet. Cons - this hotel is next to a highway and a very busy road, making it very dusty and noisy. The area is hard to get in/out of, and there are no restaurants nearby.
