"이 5성급 호텔에서 60번째 생일을 포함해 2박을 보냈습니다. 첫째, 낮 기온이 25도였지만 에어컨은 난방으로 변경되었습니다. 괜찮습니다만 팬이 별로 없다는 말을 듣게 되니 서비스가 아니어서 죄송합니다. 주된 불만은 아침 식사입니다. 지금은 성수기가 아니기 때문에 5성급 상태를 잊었거나 귀찮게 할 수 없는 것 같습니다. 커피는 기계에서 나왔고 빵은 신선하지 않았으며 플라스틱 포장에 들어 있었습니다. 페이스트리는 상상할 수 없을 정도로 나빴습니다(사서 직접 구워보세요). 신선한 주스는 전혀 없었고 신선한 과일은 사과였습니다. 이것은 기껏해야 2성급입니다. 5성급은 연중무휴 5성급이거나 그렇지 않은 경우를 위한 서비스가 아닙니다. 우리는 돌아오지 않을 것이다"

"We stayed at this 5-star hotel during our vacation, but unfortunately, it did not fully meet our expectations. The breakfast was quite repetitive, with the exact same options every day, which became boring after a while. In addition, the food was not labeled with allergens, and many dishes contained nuts, which made it difficult for guests with allergies to make safe choices. One of our rooms had a persistent smell of urine, especially in the bathroom. We reported it to the reception three days in a row, and although they said they would inform housekeeping, nothing seemed to improve. It didn’t feel like the issue was taken seriously. The air conditioning in the same room also didn’t function properly, making the stay uncomfortable. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The sunbeds were fantastic, and the hotel had two beautiful pools in different areas. However, one day one of the pools was rented out for a private event, leaving very limited space for other guests — and there was no prior notice given. Overall, the hotel has potential, but several important areas need better management and attention to detail."

"호텔은 바닷가 바로 앞에 있어 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 스파와 수영장은 정말 형편없었는데, 계단이나 사다리가 없어서 이용할 수가 없었습니다. 전 세계 어떤 중고 수영장에서도 본 적이 없는, 이해할 수 없는 사실입니다. 야외 수영장은 매우 넓고, 어린이용 작은 수영장도 있는데, 아쉽게도 이 수영장도 이용할 수 없었습니다. 계단 대신 사다리가 둥근 튜브로 되어 있어서 저를 비롯한 다른 투숙객들이 오르내리기가 너무 불편했습니다."
