'Cheap hotel. But no one at reception area, we have to call the person via phone call and provide our name, then the person will ask us to take the room key from the table, which is not safe and no one is there if we need anything. No lift, thus need to take the staircase, those who have difficulties climbing stairs, need to consider properly before booking this hotel. Would be great if have hair dryer & mineral water provided. There is 99 Speedmart nearby & mamak restaurant downstairs for those who want convenience.'

'The room is spacious and very suitable for a family of five. The bathroom is clean, tidy, and beautifully designed, providing good comfort. However, the futon or mattress provided is quite thin and less comfortable for me, as I am used to sleeping on a thick mattress. If a thicker mattress were available, the stay would have been even better.'

'The Hotel is old but very well maintained. Room is spacious and clean . Staff are very friendly and quick response in services . There are two things for improvement,one is the window sound proof is bad , is noisy during the night especially the illegal motorcycle race till 2am , cannot sleep at all . Corridor lights are too deem when your room is far behind ,you will not feel good ,no music and it is too quiet while walking in .'
