The Breakfast was excellent. Nice Spread covering both Indian and Continental with Live Counter for Dosas. The ambience of The Roor Restaurant was very good. Spread covered Fruits, Salads, Sprouts, Juices and the main dishes

It was very much in order with good food and good quality The ambience was good and the food was delicious There should be more options for non veg and the veg items were good. There should be more options for sweets as well. The fish was a bit smelly Ashok kumar Dey

Worst rooms, water seeping through the walls in the bathrooms and rooms were smelling odd from the bathrooms

Great experience, comfortable stay. Breakfast was extremely good. Mousumi was expectional, very friendly and kind. Live counter options were good. Easy to locate as well as well good hospitality which we received from peerless can be remarkable.

The welcome was warm and the staff were quite friendly. The room and washroom were clean and the facilities were comforting. The size of the room was also decent. They had one centralized ac , which was working pretty strong but maybe they can provide a more custom ac so that we can change the temperature as our will, however this wasn't discomforting.

Great breakfast. The spread was veny nice. Had lunch as well.. the menu suggested by the staff was perfect. Especially the alfredo pasta was very nice. Mousumi, Radhakanta were of great help and provided great service..................

This peerless Hotels & Resort is really good..... Breakfast quality specially...Idli,varieties of egg item,Chiken wings,Cauliflower Geen Peas Sauted........staff behavior is sooo good...specially Mousomi, Radhakanta.....🤗🤗

The location of the Hotel is very good. The rooms are well decorated with all basis amenities required by the guest. However, I was not satisfied with the Buffet dinner privided by the hotel. I stayed for 2 days but could't eat proper dinner. All unusual and cold things. Very less staff is available for the buffet dinner. Nobody asks you for water or even breads.

Breakfast was the highlight, quick to respond service., spread was absolutely delightful, from croissants and indian dishes to fruits. Extremely pleased with the cooking staff for their service Mousami, Subodh and milon............
