Our stay was pleasant but we would have stayed longer if the pool was clean. The pool was dirty with bugs and chocolate wrappers and the jacuzzi was green and slimy we didn’t want to get in there at all.

The only negative was the terrible notice throughout the hotel. There was a vehicle outside with loud music that could be heard as if you were in a night club, then the people transitioned to the lobby which made it worse as we tried to sleep at 2:15 AM. The hotel staff did nothing about it (maybe they tried, but there was certainly no change to the disruption in the middle of the night). The water pressure for the shower was so little that we only had a minimal stream to shower daily. Aside from that, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and we really enjoyed the warm pool in the middle of December/January.

Nice hotel, conveniently located with plenty of parking and a gate guard. Bistro located outside 50ft from hotel.

What I liked about this property first of all is the cleanliness. The decoration at the entrance is welcoming. The staff is very friendly and kind.

Wonderful place to stay and we were able to attend Mass at St Teresa church nearby

I had no cash to pay for breakfast so i used my credit card. Apparently, the terminal the bistro uses lost communication due to wifi issues at the hotel. However, i received notification on my cell i was charged by the bistro for the breakfast wish is equivalent to $24 dollars. I went out and when i returned to my room i was not allowed to go in because i needed to pay the $24 dollar charge cash to the bistro. After i clear that with the front desk and showed them the charge on my credit card they allowed me to enter the room where i had all my belongings. Very annoying they used that instead of reaching out to me directly instead they choose to allow me to enter the room i had already paid for it. After this incident, there was no reason to give my business to this hotel so I moved to another hotel along with my other family members that later came to the city from another state. I've discouraged my family to stay at this hotel. NEVER AGAIN.

Very conveniently located to Airport & many nearby amenities. Will continue to use for our yearly family stays.

Our second time staying here and loved it again! Great location in the city, very friendly/helpful staff, enclosed free parking with a gate check, rooms are spacious and clean, and the Chedraui store right across the street is extremely convenient.
