I was disappointed in room cleanliness. Bathtub rings, moldy areas in Bathroom ceilings and walls, toilet wouldnt flush consistently, room door was stck and wouldnt open...required maintenance intervention. Air conditioner kept resetting itself to 67' and no heat was available. Desk clerk most helpful told me to turn everything to off but we couldnt turn heat on. It helped a little.
I really wanted to see a directory in the room. I had to keep calling desk with simple questions that are usually solveable when a facility/ community directory is available. I.e...is there a restaurant, where is pool, what are pool hours, is there a guest laundry? What dining places deliver here? At checkout Sunday morning it appeared that only one elevator was working. 20 min wait for elevator. Long lines of guests on every floor trying to get an elevator.Had to call front desk to tell them.I did love my desk clerk she seemed very helpful when i sought her out for help. I didnt get her name. She is a tall, thin, black young lady with engaging personality and smile. She checked me in and appeared to be on duty all weekend. She deserves your acknowledgement and appreciation as a really great face for your brand! It was an OK weekend, I just wish things would have been a little more polished and guest focused inside the room so that I didnt have to feel like i was a cranky, needy, guest by calling the desk all the time.
