객실: 시설은 매우 새롭고 많은 작은 세부 사항이 뛰어납니다. 예를 들어, 미니바에 있는 차는 모두 최고의 현지 브랜드입니다. 케이터링: 페이스트리 부분은 훌륭하고 나머지는 그냥 평균입니다. 서비스: 새로 오픈해서인지 서비스 직원이 많이 보이긴 하지만 효율성은 그다지 높지 않지만 단점이 감춰지지는 않습니다. 27층에 있는 인피니티 풀은 정말 멋지네요. 세계에서 가장 길다고 하네요. 전반적으로 만들어지는 분위기는 원앤온리와 같은 느낌이에요.

By far the best hotel we stayed, even that we travel the world, faultless and seamless transition from the start till the check out. Wow!!!

氣得從不評論的我都要來評分！ 酒店設施和入住體驗還是不錯的，就是最後幫我們叫了台“黑車”所以不能接受！所有不是經過渠道的都不要相信！甚至是酒店幫你叫的車！都是亂開價！2倍以上的開！首次來杜拜最糟心的就是打車了，又貴又亂！氣死！！！！

훌륭하게 디자인된 호텔과 숙박 시설입니다. 직원과 경영진은 정중하고 친절하며 미소를 짓고 있음에도 불구하고 모든 유형의 서비스(체크인 및 프론트 데스크, 게스트 서비스, 하우스키핑, 주차 대행 서비스, 엘리베이터 등)에서 직원이 너무 많고 교육이 부족하고 서비스가 매우 느린 것처럼 보였습니다. 도움을 주려고 노력 중입니다. 현재 서비스 수준에 비해 가격이 너무 비쌉니다. 레스토랑, 수영장, 체육관, 라운지는 좋았습니다. 이번이 이 호텔의 첫 달이며 앞으로 변화와 개선이 이루어지길 바랍니다.

This place is amazing specially arlia restaurant. We have meet Oussama and Nouhaila. They were the best people who accompanied me the whole time. Thank you so much I really recommend it. If you ever have time visit it and ask for the moroccans they are best

A brilliant hotel in the heart of the city. Perfect for a couples staycay. The infinity pool is amazing - however it does go in the shade from about 2pm onwards. The garden pool is ideal for families with a fantastic Bali-esque pool bar to enjoy.

We booked 2 nights in One&Only One Za'abeel. The hotel and the staff far exceeded all expectations. We weren't allowed to move into our room until 3 p.m., but it was really worth the wait. Many thanks to the deputy front office manager Leon for the warm welcome. The room was very well designed and divided and left nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The decor was very well designed and really beautiful. There was also an XXL television and a very beautiful window front with a breathtaking view of the city center. The Tapasake infinity pool on the 27th floor is the longest in the United Emirates and one of the most beautiful in Dubai. The garden pool was also very beautiful and an island of peace and relaxation. The breakfast in the “Link” leaves nothing to be desired. Special thanks to the staff and the excellent service at breakfast. We have already booked again and are really looking forward to our next stay.

I have booked a table to celebrate my birthday… I wanted to order afternoon tea they said is not allowed. It only should be ordered based on the number of guest which is the minimum you have to pay is 250 *3 = 750 AED , The service wasn’t good at all they haven’t even great me for my birthday or wishing me anything. The ambience is not good enough. It was full of a smoke and the AC looks like it’s not working The hotel entrance looks like an entrance of wedding hall. There are many other hotels which is really unique great service and really worth it.
