Rooms super clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast was insanely good with so much to go at!!!

Hotel was modern and clean, well priced, excellent rooms with luxury shower, bath robes and slippers, made you feel special. Breakfast was excellent., great choice, and omelets were freshly made and lovely. Secure parking underground, and town center with cafes and restaurants 5 mins walk away.

Wonderful clean hotel with friendly staff. Close to Riva exhibition centre and easy walk into Arco for restaurants. Breakfast selection is good and well stocked bar. Only minor thing was reception/bar closing at 9pm as it was off season. We were travelling for business and would have liked a drink at the hotel after the restaurant. We were back at the hotel by 10pm - 11pm.

Perfect stay at this hotel. Already a costumer and still will be choosing this place every time we visit Arco and other places near. Hospitality and comfort at it’s best. Very delicious breakfast with lot of choices. Very clean and comfortable room. Amazing view of the mountains, castle and so many other great opportunities and facilities.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We booked last minute and only stayed here because most of the places in Riva were already booked. I’m so glad that we did. The room (we had a big family room with two double beds) was immaculate with great mattresses and pillows. Nice fridge and kettle provided. Balcony was great. Room is modern and sunny. Teenage girl did NOT like that the shower is open to the room with zero privacy. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and lovely seating on the outside patio. We borrowed bikes from the hotel and cycled along the river to Riva. There were a few issues (hot tub didn’t work and plumbing issues in our room) but staff were apologetic and made every attempt to fix the issues. The staff here seem happy and more than willing to give recommendations and help. Isiah on the front desk is a gem. I’d definitely stay again even though the location was further from Riva than we were hoping.

We were attempting to get back to our hotel by using a web based mapping tool. It kept telling us to turn right, even when there was no option to do so. My mum is in a wheelchair, neither of us are spring chickens. After overheating and becoming more and more lost we decided to go to the Hoody hotel to ask if they would call us a cab. Isia greeted us with a friendly smile and could instantly tell that we were dehydrated. He gave us both water and a place to rest. He allowed us to use the restroom facilities and whilst I was in there, he got a map and showed mum where we were and the route we needed to get back to our hotel. Unfortunately there were no cabs available but with his careful guide we were able to follow the map and arrived safely back to our destination. He even gave us the phone number for his hotel and said if we were to get lost again to call him and he would direct us to the the best of his ability- Talk about going above and beyond. A real angel that helped 2 ladies in distress. He is the very blueprint of what front of house staff should be like. I hope his manager realises what an asset he is and nurtures him to progress within the company. Mille Grazie. Maureen and Yvonne

Great hotel in a great location for active holiday. Top breakfast - it could not be better I guess. Fresh, amazing choice of food all in top quality. Fantastic team at the hotel, always smiling and ready to help.

The hotel is good with a special style for rooms and hotel, they offer many activities for the guests special the bike rental regarding the staff I think the best staff I saw it in life are very helpful the way to making a very special welcome to u, what I didn't like the shower without door and the air condition besides the shower so easy to be sick.

Fantastic, great.The breakfast is great, a large selection of food and drinks. Perfect surroundings, beautiful view, peace, relaxation. Very friendly staff. You have everything you can think of, cleanliness, new facilities, great staff, nice, kind, friendly and helpful young people. Spacious garage parking. You can park the SUV without any problems. Great satisfaction.
