Brilliant hotel clean everything you need staff absolutely amazing defo stop again

Everyone so polite from Reception to the bar staff. Nice modern and spotless throughout, it was a great experience and we will stay again. Secure patrolled parking area too

Rooms were lovely and modern, spacious and comfortable. Particularly liked the temple spa toiletries and balcony overlooking the park. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely return.

We have stayed at the Hex hotel a few times (as a family and a couple) and every time it has been perfect. The beds are really comfy to sleep on. The rooms have always been cleaned to a high standard and all the staff (reception and housekeeping) have always been very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend the Hex hotel and will definitely keep returning, 10/10. Wilds bistro is a good place for food & drinks in the evening. The Buffet Breakfast is delicious and the staff are helpful, but it is always hectic due to the lack of staff available to either: Greet people when they walk in, Clear tables when people have left - to ensure enough clean glasses / dishes and etc. are available to use. Breakfast items are restocked accordingly. Hopefully the management will review & change/tweak their processes to ensure adequate staff are available to improve the breakfast service. From a previous stay at the hotel I would recommend popping to Corner Stone cafe for breakfast until the management at Wilds bistro can improve the breakfast service.

We have just had 2 nights at this hotel. It was really good. Very modern and well thought out. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and it was a help yourself buffet. The first day the hot food was served in open dishes so the food was Luke warm by the time we went into breakfast at 9.15am, however the next day it was served in cast iron pots with lids which meant the food was hot. So much better. Lots of things going on there with a Christmas fair and illuminations at the wildlife park looked super. We will definitely be going back again.

Even though the weather was cold while walking the illuminations plenty of hot drink stops on the way The boys love this place - the wildlife park the hotel and the restaurant after all with excellent staff with a great friendliness and amazing attitude in this day and age is a pleasure to behold- see you all soon

In the room: mini fridge, safe, nice selection of tea, coffee bags, hot choclate, iron & board and full size hairdryer. In room temperature was very warm even when lowered heating, different lighting options which was very good design. We slept with the curtains open as nothing over looking and nice to see the sky with full moon from the bed! Bathroom with shower had a quality toiletries and fluffy towels. Kitchenette near the lift - has a microwave (bring your own cultery & food to heat up for those on a budget), selection of sauces, ice machine (ice bucket in the room) and a vending machine . Had a view of the wildlife park, ample parking we ate in the restaurant which was very nice vegan burger and cheese burger. Discounted tickets for park purchased at reception. Definitely will stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night as we had an Experience booked for the following day and needed to be there early ,our room was ready when we arrived to check-in the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and cleaners and restaurant staff were allvery friendly and helpful Many thanks George Hird
