더 비 프리미어 호텔

A friend booked this hotel for me, to have some time to relax for one night in luxury. I arrived during the allocated check in time, received my room card and was told the floor and room number, I was also provided with a small slip to inform me of contact numbers and what’s app number to contact the front desk. I arrived in the room, it was beautiful. Very large suite, the decor was nice, the suite was clean and the bathroom was very large with a walk in shower and bathtub. The bathtub was a great addition. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided. In the room, water and tea facilities were provided but no milk, a fridge and television. The Televisions had no English channels and seemed a little difficult to use. None of the service or directory pages worked. I wanted to order room service during my stay, since this service is provided on the hotel information (amenities), however the TV didn’t work when I clicked on room service or any services. I decided to contact the what’s app number that I was provided with during check in, however the message was read and nobody responded to my request. The room had no information or menu in either. This was disappointing and due to having no response, I didn’t know if I could order from an external option. The bed was large and comfortable, the AC worked well and I enjoyed the bath. The room was quiet and had a nice view of the city from the 5th floor. Due to the Televisions not having English channels I decided to use my phone to watch Netflix, however the wifi was unreliable and slow and I did have to use my own data on a few occasions during the evening. I unfortunately didn’t try the swimming pool during my stay, as I forgot my swimwear. I had a very enjoyable stay, however at 6:30am the curtains automatically opened in the bedroom and woke me up with quite a surprise, as this isn’t something I was aware would happen or set up myself. On check out from the hotel the next day, I also had to wait so a member of staff could check my room, which I understand they would prefer to avoid any damages, however I’ve never had to do this before and it made me feel a little comfortable while I waited in the lobby area. The hotel was great, however room service as advertised on the hotel amenities, faster wifi and information in rooms would have improved my personal stay. More so if someone had responded to my message when I was directed to contact the what’s app number for any questions, this would have allowed me to ask further questions, but as previously mentioned nobody responded.

سئ جداً ابداً لحد يدخله الغرفه اللي دخلناها كانت مغبره ، الشراشف مقطعه الحمام مغبر ووصخ ، الستف تعبان ومايساعدون اطلب تنظيف غرف يجوني بعد ٦ ساعات، ريحه الغرف سئ اتمنى محد يدخل هذا الفندق وصخ جداً، يعني ندمت دفعت فلوسي على هذا الندق البشع وين المسؤل
