Also supplied are paper towels, garbage bags, detergent for washer and dishwasher and cleaning supplies. Guest access The entire condo is accessible to guests. Other things to note You must be 25 or older to rent this condo per HOA rules and regulations. Door access to the condo and pool gate will be texted to you morning of your arrival.
