One of the highlights of our trip to Lake Garda was staying at Hotel Berta. It's a family run hotel, and you feel welcomed the moment you step in. The staff are warm and friendly and go over and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. The reception staff are all knowledgeable, and were able to suggest and even book tours and dinner reservations for our large party. The rooms are clean, the pool area is great, and the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the use of the hottub has breathtaking views. Food at Hotel Berta is delicious! The spread of food offered at breakfast is amazing! Their pizzas are also yummy. Overall, our stay at this gem of a hotel made our visit to Lake Garda exceptional!

It was a pleasure to be welcomed by the staff at Hotel Berta. A central location which made getting into both Desenzano del Garda and Sirmione easy via the nearby transport links or rental of their e-bike service. The hotel itself was clean and well looked after by the warm and welcoming staff who could not do enough for you. We especially enjoyed the rooftop hot tubs overlooking the beautiful lake and the poolside Aperol Spritz accompanied by an array of snacks. Each morning saw an assortment of breakfast buffet items with no shortage in catering to each individuals needs. If you are looking for an authentic Italian getaway to relax and unwind then we would definitely recommend Hotel Berta. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Suburb hotel in every aspect and the staff even more so. Carol & Steve

Stayed here with my husband and used the public transport to and from Desenzano and Sermione. The bus timetable was a good basis but not to be relied upon. Most guests staying here had their own or hired a car. The accommodation was very clean, the staff very accommodating. There was plenty of choice available at Breakfast. We used the pool which was clean and cold but we needed to cool down with daily temps hitting 27/29. We visited the roof terrace on the last day to see what view was on offer and found it empty. We therefore added our names to the availability and returned to enjoy the hot tub and the peace and quiet too.

Friendly and clean place with very helpful staff. However, how is it possible in 2021 that internet access is so bad? There are simpel solutions to improve, so that you can watch the olympics, read the news, stream your music and plan you next destination.

Hotel curato,situato in un posto tranquillo, stanze comode con terrazzino. Il punto forte è la sauna panoramica e i 2 idromassaggi al 5 piano...Vista super!!! Per usufruire della sauna il vosyo è di € 10 a persona. Vista da favola e colazione super Complimenti a tutto lo staff 😊

Quel plaisir de revenir (pour la 4eme fois) dans cet hôtel. Paola et Anna sont aux petits soins de leurs clients. Elles sont d'une gentillesse extrême et attentionnées. Nous recommandons ce magnifique hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. Tout un chacun y trouvera son bonheur. Possibilité (en fonction de la météo) de le prendre sur la terrasse.
