loved the hotel! Was nice and clean plus the room was extra spacious

Great location. Clean and friendly check in

Room was very dirty. Hair from previous guests was found on tub, floor and in the drawers. Room was also dusty with dust and debris build up along the outside of the bathtub, baseboards and corners of the room and bathroom. The blankets for the pull out sofa were very tattered. I would not stay here again.

My wife and I really liked the room that we had. It was spacious, clean, and very nice. The staff was very nice as well. We were always greeted with a smile every time that we departed from and arrived to the hotel during our stay. I also appreciated that we received a call from the front desk about 30 minutes after we checked in to make sure that everything with the room was okay. We would definitely stay there again if we are in Columbia, South Carolina.

Booked a room to visit my son at Fort Jackson for family day and graduation. Property is very close to gate 4 at fort Jackson. Front desk staff were great at check in. Breakfast was great. Was a great place to stay for our visit.

Overall location is convenient and the suite is spacious and comfortable. However, you hear everything (motorists, people outside, cars driving by, etc). My kids and I were barely able to sleep through all the noise. The staff were not helpful and inattentive. The fire alarm went off at 4:50am and everyone needed to evacuate (single mom here with 2 kids under 10), turned out to be a false alarm. The shower head leaked and water didn’t come out properly. Although location and the room itself was ideal, we will not be returning!

Prepared for a shower; took my glasses to the shower so could read the fine print on the soap/shampoo/ conditioner dispensers. Put the bath mat down adjusted the water got in, wet my hair down and reached for shampoo,,, empty, soap,,,, empty, conditioner,,,, empty. Got out of the shower to get the little bottles of shower gel and shampoo none there just a little bar of soap, skipped the hairdo. . When I asked at the desk the clerk said yeah we have had several complaints but we are no longer gonna use the dispenser in the shower but we have supplies here at the desk if you ask for them. Great! So I’m gonna get out of the shower , dry off and dress, go down stairs and ask for what should already be in the room. ******! Me or them I’m not sure which!

Breakfast was delicious! Staff were very nice. Hotel surroundings were so loud and we could hear everything going on around our rooms. There was a train that went by and blew its horn multiple times every time it went by. There was what we believed to be feces splattered on the ceiling in our washroom. Our shower had a huge crack down the wall about 3 feet long. The shower faucets were very run down. The shampoo and body wash dispenser only dispensed enough shampoo to wash a mouse’s head. The hotel worked in a pinch to give us a place to sleep for our commute to Florida but it’s calling for some TLC.

The property was listed on Travelocity as “per friendly”. When we arrived we were informed that it was NOT pet friendly and we needed to find other accommodations!!!!!!
