달리안 테라스 호텔(Dalyan Terrace Hotel)

Located in the centre of Dalyan excellent position. Very welcoming all staff very helpful nothing was to much trouble. Rooms basic but comfortable. Good breakfast with a wide verity dishes. We only stayed for 2 nights so we could explore Dalyan. Would definitely recommend.

Small room ,clean but nothing exceptional .Stayed one night b and b .But not offered the breakfast

Very basic, uncomfortable beds shower door off shower cubical and in shower. Staff friendly but one night was enough

Very good for £30 a night. Room had a single and double bed , fridge. The bathroom although small did what is was designed for! The terrace has an impressive view of the Rick Tombs and river. The Turkish breakfast was good. Although two guests pinched food to make sandwiches . They obviously did not care they were taking other guests breakfasts , shame on them. The staff were all very helpful and polite.

We drove down from Olu Deniz for a day in Dalyan but liked it so much we decided to stay over. We were in the centre and decided to see what was available so headed for the riverfront but on our way, there was a guy who worked at the Dalyan Terrace sat outside so I just asked if they had a couple of rooms and the price. His English was limited but he made sure it wasn't an obstacle and sorted us out straight away. My husband went back to collect the car and couldn't work out how to get to the hotel so this chap went and found him, led him back and created a parking space right outside. We just needed q place to sleep and weren't really looking for any facilities so it was perfect for us, the rooms were simply furnished but spotlessly clean and the aircon was great. I really liked Dalyan amd if we went back I would want to go for longer so would probably look to rent a villa however If you're looking for a base from which to explore for a few days this is in an ideal location, close to everything and the service was outstanding.

We arrived in Dalyan for a two day visit booked this hotel as right on the front. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Pros good location for hotel. clean basic room double bed and a single towels and minimal toiletries provided. Tv in room. Shower. Breakfast included which was Turkish. Cons high step to walk over bridge to get into hotel no disabled access. Breakfast on terrace which was on 2nd floor no good for disabled as no lift. Tea was stewed as in urn. Breakfast basic with boiled eggs bread olives cucumber tomato. Coffee . You get what you pay for but location perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dalyan Terrace Hotel. While the hotel is not right on the river, the terrace on the top floor has an amazing view of the river and the tombs. Plus it is walking distance to the boats which will take you to the beach. Great value, lovely staff, nice breakfast. We would stay here again.

Adverised with breakfast which did not exist. No housekeeping over my 3 night stay. Strictly business and felt awkward as a guest. Lobby reception looked like managers own living room. No interest in being welcoming or interractive on any level. On the up side, my room was easy on the budget and luckily was clean unlike rest of hotel.
