민타 아파트(Minta Apartments)

Have stayed at Minta apartments every time we come to Dalyan, & wouldn't stay anywhere else. The Çevic family are so lovely, warm & welcoming, & the apartments, pool, garden & bar/restaurant are clean & comfortable with all you need. Excellent value & standard of meals, & Ali & Sadiye go out of their way to please. Quiet area with a short easy walk to town. Highly recommend Minta apartments.

We have just had a wonderful 2 weeks staying with Ali and his hard working family. Ali and his wife have made us so welcome and everything has been perfect. There's quiet aircon in the bedroom so we were comfortable at night. Ali has good English and was helpful with organising taxi transfers and advice of where to go and what to see. He also took us to show us his 2 separate villas that he also has for booking if you wanted somewhere more private they are really beautiful.

August 2023 Situated in the heart of Dalyan, with just a 10 minute walk to the river, mosque, shops and restaurants, these apartments come very highly recommended. We having been spending 6 weeks here, each year since 2017 and have never been disappointed.For us it is like a second home. We feel part of the family and the Turkish way of life. Our apartment was spacious, clean and with the most amazing views. The pool is small but rarely crowded. We never had to fight for a sunbed. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday then this is the perfect place. I can't recommend highly enough.

Spent an amazing two weeks at Minta apartments we had a top floor apartment with the most amazing mountain views the room was very clean spacious with everything you need when you wanted your room clean Ali’s wife made sure it was seen to straight away. The site it’s self is very well looked after the pool is spotless and cleaned daily with plenty of sun beds it is very peaceful spending your day around the pool definitely one of the most relaxing hoildays we have been on. Ali’s wife is an amazing cook highly recommend there food very reasonable price too. It is a great location 10 mins in to the town Center 5 mins to the local supermarket and 5 minutes walk a really good Saturday market which caters to all your needs Ali and he’s family made us feel apart of the family they go above an beyond for all there guests an work extremely hard to please everyone we are returning next year to spend a few days with Ali an family again before spending two weeks in Ali’s villas which he kindly took us to see while we was there an are absolutely stunning definitely will be returning to Minta apartments aswell for many years to come thanks you Ali an I can’t forget Ali’s daughter who we all fell in love with can’t wait to see my princess on our return Xxx if your visiting Dalyan I highly recommend a stay at Minta apartments

Lovely apartments no frills but spotless and reasonably priced. Lovely family run with nothing too much bother. Food options if not wanting to Go into town. Will be visiting Ali and his lovely family again.

I'm so happy I found these apartments... they are very comfortable, super clean, in a great location near all amenities and owned by a genuine, friendly family who will help with anything you need. I truly love staying at Minta and can't wait to return to what feels like my 2nd home.

Quiet location close to everything so easy walking on flat level area. Easy parking if you do have a car. This is a family run business and Ali, his wife and family take good care of you. It is clean and tidy and even though your apartment has cooking arrangements Ali's Wife is usually on hand to serve food in their on site Bistro. Even at late hours Ali will order you a takeaway delivery if needed. We found the only down side would be the lack of a TV in the room but with good WiFi and a laptop we are probably being too fussy.

This complex has superb family facilities air, con, pool, sun terrace and beds. Tha Minta apartments are no more than a10 minute walk to Dalyan centre, with its various bars restaurants cafes and shops. Ali and his family are experienced hosts who provide help when needed, including a food menus and the opportunity to purchase drinks at reasonable prices.

Holiday booked at very short notice bur Ali very helpful. Apartment very clean, spacious and aircon in bedroom. Good food selection of snacks or main meals available if you want to eat in. Suns beds available round pool. Town centre less than one mile away. Got lost once coming home from market. Locals found me, telephoned Ali and he came to pick me up. Nothing too difficult for him. Ably supported by his lovely wife Sadie (Shadee?). An excellent break for me and my wife and would come again and recommend to others.
