This brand new townhouse is right in the middle of Bishop Arts and has a massive 25'x25' rooftop deck with a view of the Dallas Skyline! This property is only 18 months old and includes all luxury finishings, furniture and housewares for your use! We have consistently been Airbnb Superhosts since March 2021 with a 4.97 rating on their platform. We have smart locks so you do not need to depend on meeting anyone upon arrival, though we are always available if you need assistance. Our cleaning company follows enhanced COVID protocol so the unit will be freshly cleaned and sanitized for your stay! Please note, if you are looking for a party house, this is not the house you are looking for. We do not accommodate parties for any size group. Please be considerate of our neighbors at all times. We are very sensitive to and respectful of our neighbors and we do not want to lose the privilege of being able to offer our property on VRBO, so please respect our neighbors and our Quiet period after 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. Please understand that we very much want you to enjoy your stay, but we want to be very considerate of our neighbors right to enjoy their homes in peace. Please do not have more than 10 people on the property at any time. Also, please note that while guests with children are welcome, we do have 3 flights of stairs that cannot be gated off. These stairs are visible in the pictures and may not be suitable for some ages. Please use your own discretion to determine whether the stairs are suitable for your child(ren).
