generally speaking, hotel is ok, breakfast is very simple

Amazing stays, friendly staff. It’s a very cool room. I will be back really soon FOR SURE. Maybe in a week.

設施：設備比較完善，酒店房間面積很大，床很舒服，有辦公桌和大衣櫃。 衞生：還行，乾淨整潔。 環境：周邊環境不錯，可以步行前往對面很有特色的Hilton酒店看看，裏面很大花園和很多亞洲元素的藝術品陳設。周邊有二十四小時營業的Denny's，步行五分鐘可達。 服務：由於人手不足，房間兩天打掃一次，沒有自助早餐，建議去Denny那邊去點餐。

I was very disappointed in the Marriott brand with this hotel. Walking into the hotel, I could tell that the lobby area had been remodeled, in somewhat recent years. As I advanced through the hotel to my room on the 4th floor, I could tell the lobby was basically where the remodeling stopped. My room was a regular two queen room, quite dated, but clean. I was okay with the room until I went to take a shower after returning quite late, about 1:00 am. I tried turning the shower on and for the life of me, I couldn’t get it to turn on. So I called the front desk. The man on duty stated that the shower had been installed about three days prior and the handle was likely just stiff. So I hung up with him and tried again to no avail. To avoid breaking the shower handle, I called the desk again, and the receptionist came to turn it on for me. After trying for a moment or so, he was also unable to turn on the shower, and he stated that only baths could be taken in that room, the shower head was only there “for show.” What! I told him that was not going to work for me, and requested another room. Because available rooms on the 4th floor was the same, I ended up moving to the 3rd floor. That room had a walk in shower, but just as dated, but clean enough. I requested some type of compensation for my inconvenience. Because I had already paid, they agreed to waive the parking fee and the cost of an onsite Starbucks coffee order. The staff was very nice, but no Marriott for me anytime soon.

I give it an overall 4 stars due to the shower pressure was low, pillows tooooo soft had my neck hurting the next day and how close the toliet is to the toliet holder. Once you sit on the toilet you can't reach the paper so you will have to get the toliet paper before I sat down to use it. Other then that, I was greeted when I walked by the front desk as well as the bar/bistro personal. I forgot the to young men that work the night shift. They was very nice and helpful. All and all I would stay again. I will bring my pillow from home and maybe by then they would have moved the toilet paper holder.

I had requested handicap assistance. This was not available. The bathtub was slippery and no grab bars. I had requested perhaps a room change for the following days, but not available.

The room had a faint smell of mold or urine, this is my second stay and I will never stay here again

Property condition and cleanliness is very good. Good access to downtown at an advantageous price point. Ala carte non complimentary breakfast is a negative.
