Absolutely spectacular hotel

호텔은 사랑스럽고 객실은 정말 훌륭합니다. 15층에 방을 썼는데, 아주 큰 창문으로 보이는 풍경이 정말 멋졌습니다. 사려 깊은 디자인 아이디어, 편안한 침대, 넓은 욕실, Chromecast가 내장된 거대한 TV 등 밤을 보내기에 좋은 장소가 곳곳에 있습니다! 단체회의로 갔는데, 우리가 사용한 회의시설이 좋았습니다. 아침과 점심은 그럭저럭 괜찮았지만 주최측에서도 지출을 조금 줄이려고 노력한 것 같아요. 미팅이 끝나고 차가 오기까지 약 한 시간을 기다려야 해서, 작지만 최고 수준의 서비스를 갖춘 바에서 시간을 보냈습니다. 그럼 왜 별이 4개밖에 없나요? 음, 하나의 주요 문제와 하나의 사소한 문제입니다. 사소한 문제: 욕실에는 수건 보온기가 제공됩니다. 켜는 방법에 대한 표시는 어디에도 없습니다. 프론트 데스크에 전화했어요. 전화를 받은 아주머니도 몰랐지만, 유지보수가 최대한 빨리 전화하겠다고 약속했습니다. 나는 답장을 듣지 못했습니다. 주요 문제: 뜨거운 물. 물이 뜨거워지는 데 4분이 걸렸는데 이는 과장이 아닙니다. 나는 싱크대에 도착하자마자 그것을 경험했고(나는 막 전화해서 새 방을 요청할 준비가 되어 있었습니다!), 다음날 아침 싱크대와 샤워실을 모두 경험했습니다. 그리고 나서 샤워기의 온도가 엄청나게 뜨거워졌고 조금만 조정해도 온도가 다시 미지근한 수준으로 떨어졌습니다. 나는 합리적인 온도에 도착하지 않았습니다. 아름답고 거대한 샤워실과 별도의 독립형 깊은 욕조가 있는 객실의 경우... 그들은 분명히 여러분이 이점을 누리도록 초대하기를 원합니다. 하지만 적당하고 빠른 온수를 확보하는 것이 핵심 요소였습니다. 내 그룹의 다른 사람들(일부는 17층에 있음)은 모두 같은 문제에 대해 불평했습니다. 그래서 그것은 진짜 문제이고, 이 사랑스럽지만 매우 비싼 호텔에 대한 나의 즐거움을 약화시켰습니다(말장난 의도).

My husband specifically researched area hotels and booked this one because the advertised they didn't sell pool resort passes to the public. We traveled across the country and had a limited time staying in Dallas, hoping to enjoy a relaxing vacation for a few days poolside. This hotel is also more expensive but we were willing to pay more for a better experience. To our surprise, our vacation was completely ruined when we went to the rooftop pool to find it overrun with club music blasting and way over crowded with drinkers and partying like spring break in Florida. The crowd you see in my pool pick are NOT hotel guests, most with drinks in hand, yet also hogged every single lounge chair with their belongings so you couldn't use those either. We soon discovered by further investigating that in fact these were NOT paying hotel guests. The Swexan was DECEITFUL on their website since they call these people "club members" who pay to use the pool. Sorry, but that is NO different than the public resort pool passes other hotels offer that we specifically sought to AVOID. We were not the only hotel guests upset. There was literally NO WHERE TO SIT anywhere! If we had known, we absolutely would have stayed somewhere else even outside of Dallas. Our time has been completely ruined. This hotel should absolutely just be transparent on their website so you know that even though you are going to pay to stay there, they open their pool to the PUBLIC. In general, hotels that do this, are completely missing the point of their very existence. Paying hotel guests are basically staying somewhere without amenities just for hotel guests. You are now paying to stay at a "public pool." We are stuck here in our hotel room on the 4th of July with not much else to do in 100+ degree weather. Thank you for ruining out vacation. We did complain to someone who called herself a supervisor. With that said, that was now a few hours ago as I'm writing this and they have done absolutely nothing to make this right. This place is not worth the price. They aim to market their hotel as a lovely place to stay but it's just a club hopping public pool. We were given excuses that they are a newer hotel and told that "no one comes to Dallas in the summer" word for word. Is a response like that for real? We are literally paying to stay at a hotel that exists for out of town guests. We had to come to Dallas for a special family event, so if you are going to work as a supervisor at a hotel, I don't think this is the best excuse or statement to make to guests. I can't even make this up. With that said, she did listen and was polite, but our trip is still ruined and nothing has been done whatsoever by the hotel to even try and make it up to us or the other hotel guests who also had to go back to their rooms and were openly complaining.

Hotel Swexan is the best new hotel in America! All of the dining venues were incredible…Stillwell’s has amazing steak, Babou’s had excellent snacks, and obviously Leonie’s was a solid treat. There are 26 different bathrooms all decorated beautifully and differently. The staff is top notch, the amenities are unique, friendly, and made me feel special. The rooms are ornate, modern and so comfortable. I honestly am so excited for this hotel. It’s dynamic…the rooftop pool, massive gym, ballrooms, restaurants…it has it all and then some. Highly suggest staying here for your next trip to Dalllas! Or it’s good enough to just come to Dallas to experience. Shoutout to Julian the GM who puts his heart and soul into the property and welcoming guests.

Potentially one of the great urban hotels of the world..quality eminates from every feature european vaulted bars and beautiful high ceilings.19thcentury luxury and estetique in a modern hotel...great roof pool pampered service many options for food different menus from their different restaurants.tranquil cosy environments. excellent service .excellent gym. fantastic steam saunas.that are part of the experience and are not charged separately. We stayed for 4 nights .could easily have stay longer ..I personaly would put in a service charge instead of the tedious tipping ..nothing is perfect but this hotel is aiming for perfection .it shows.

WARNING: while the room is really nice, and the bed very comfortable, our room is over the private club. The DJ and music is so loud, it feels like our bed is in the club. And no access to the club for hotel guests. If you plan on sleeping DO NOT STAY HERE!

Pros: pool, gym and Stillwell’s Cons: very noisy. Private club housed on 7th Not part of hotel. Makes rooms 8th and above in low numbers (eg 901) unbearably noisy. Was not told about this. Feel got a bait and switch especially since not told about noise and had taken the effort to call weeks in advance to get high floor Also location of hotel a bit of a difficult in / out due to how entrance is situated Would not stay here again.

Swexan is the best hotel we could ask for on a fun ladies' trip! The first night, we started in the lobby bar and had cocktails. It's a classy garden and gun bar vibe with a fireplace. We ate breakfast both days at Isabelle’s on the top floor. The migas breakfast dish was amazing, but we also enjoyed the salmon toast and avocado toast. We had a few sunset cocktails by the pool before going to see the Rangers play, which was an excellent suggestion by the elevator attendant. The evening turn-down service sealed the deal as being the best hotel. Everyone who worked at the hotel treated you like royalty. We had dinner at the Ritz Carlton Fearings restaurant one night, and while the dinner was excellent, it made me appreciate the Swexan Hotel amenities and were glad we did not stay at the Ritz. I wish we had added another night to try the Swexan steak restaurant. We looked at a few hotels and we were so glad we decided to go with Swexan. Double bathroom sinks, huge walk-in shower, most comfortable beds, bedside usb plugins, wonderful views, and a mini bar stock with almost every type of large adult beverage you could want. I wish there was a swexan in every large city. Great work Swexan! I will never stop talking about how amazing you are!

Don’t let the modest lobby fool you this hotel is all service! From the front desk to the valet’s we were taken care of at every turn. The rooms a spacious bathroom well appointed and the swimming pool is small but luxurious. Very walkable to American Airlines center and shopping at The Crescent Court. I would highly recommend a stay here.
