This home is located just 75 yards from beautiful Lake Greeson which is nestled in the foothills of the Quachita Mountains and 2 minutes from Self Creek Boat Ramp. You can walk or drive the short distance to the waters edge from the end of the driveway to enjoy everything Lake Greeson has to offer, whether it be a day of swimming, floating, fishing, kayaking or tie the boat up and walk up to the house for a snack and a little rest after a full day on the lake of water sports. The home is tucked in woods very close to the lake, very quite and peaceful location The home is 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 baths with a 16 x 24 covered screened in porch with plenty of seating for those great times spent listening to all the sounds of the outdoors, there is a covered cooking area on the back with a stainless Holland gas grill for any grilling needs. There is also a 14x30 covered carport that can be used to park your boat or vehicles under (if owners boat is not under it at the time) There is plenty of parking , you are not jammed right next to a neighbor with very little parking or yard space like a lot of homes on this lake are, very private location, the home sits on a 1 acre lots with tons of trees, very shaded and joins the Corp of Engineers boundary line around Lake Greeson, no homes will be built between us and the lake, we are located at the end of the street so hardly any traffic which is great for the kids to play and have fun.
