Stayed for 1 night and checkin was fast and room was clean and comfortable. Food in the bar was very good and quickly served. Nice pleasant atmosphere in the hotel and just a 2min walk to a lovely bar called the drift inn a must visit. Large carpark on site and close to beaches and town centre .

Joke of a place daughter had wedding there and it was like the fast and furious people were putting plates down and going out to dance and there were round lifting there plates straight away some of the staff was very un helpful and un pleasant wouldn’t recommend to nobody avoid at all possible

Stayed on a 50plus offer which was wonderful. We had 2 nights with breakfast each morning and a four course meal each evening. Food was great. Service was a bit slow as they were understaffed one evening. The view from our room, which was very comfortable and roomy was over the lough with gorgeous sunsets. Great shower. Easy access to lots of walks and things to visit.

As usual our trip was amazing .Fantastic room with Seaview. food was incredible both in the bar and restaurant. Staff are so good .Remembering who you are and taking time to ensure the best service .Sharon in the restaurant is fantastic and makes our visit every time

All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The food was very good and there was a good choice of dishes available. All meals were well presented and the service was excellent. I was given an early continental breakfast with coffee in the dining room as I had to leave for the airport before 6am - much appreciated! We ate in the our evening meal in the bar.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. Our room had a lovely view over Lough Swilly, it was clean and comfortable Staff were very courteous and polite and food was good Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use the leisure facilities as refurbishment works ran on longer than planned. However my wife did avail of facilities in the Wellbeing Centre which were very good

We live not far from the hotel, but when we feel like being treated and pampered, we always choose the Gateway. Staff, rooms, dining, atmosphere and meticulous attention to detail is second to none. Scenery and famous Donegal hospitality.. The Diamond of Donegal

excellent hotel, great. food and service, location superb, great value, free golf is an added bonus. couldn't find fault. Fantastic bar with views of the golf course and sea. Restaurant has overlooking views of golf course and sea, Harbour etc. Location within short walk to all that is good in Buncrana, fabulous place, highly recommended.

We return to the Inishowen gateway hotel by 2 times a year as it is in the most beautiful setting. The staff are so good, going out of their way to help you. This year the food was exceptional as was the golf ⛳️. The local people are so friendly and welcoming
