For example I used shampoo for my bath, because there was no soap and employee told me that need supervisor approval, because they do not have enough soap in the hotel. Same for toilet paper, when finished need to wait, because based do not have enough only left one per bedroom no matter quantity of people and days reserved. Bad experience, basic things extremely controlled, looked like bad planning. For a blanket I was told that need to wait for next day because they do not have in the laundry, neither in the storage area. I insisted to look if have in an empty room an available blanket that can be provided. Employees resolved after the request, but was frustrated, the continuous request for basic resources that should be available when a room is rented. Justification provided was that based on the holidays do not have enough resources (like soap, toilet paper, blankets, etc.) neither personnel. Management should take in consideration these comments for better planning in future high seasons to avoid placing customer in these kind of frustrating situations.
