블루 시 코스타 테기스 가든스(Blue Sea Apartamentos Costa Teguise Gardens)

2 fantastic stays at our little Ronseal hotel. It’s cheap and cheerful and the perfect base for an amazing Costa teguise holiday. We arrived on canarian day for 2 nights, Virginia and Juan were exceptional on reception. It looked very busy with groups of school kids, but they dealt with them and us in such a Proffesional and timely manner. Even trying to teach my husband some additional Spanish. The room was basic, but large and very clean. And the food that night for canarian day celebrations was out of this world, greeted by staff in traditional dress with a glass of sangria. The food has definitely changed since our last visit. Lots of variety including meats, salads, rice dishes and even a chocolate fountain and full cheese and cracker selection. Breakfast was great as always. Compliments to the chefs. Our second stay was June 12th for the night before we fly home. Again no complaints. I had a mobility scooter with me and the panicked look on the fellas face as he checked me in was a picture. We were booked on the 3rd floor, which he was going to change. But I politely declined as I can manage and I didn’t want to miss out on the sea view . But the concern he showed was incredible. The staff work incredibly hard and management will correct any concerns you may have to the best of their ability. Don’t pay 2 star prices and expect 5 star facilities. It’s like ronseal, it does what it says on the tin.

I have read many reviews before going to Blue Sea Gardens and did contemplate changing hotels before we arrived due to such negativity but we stayed with our choice. I have been as honest as I can below on our trip. Food The food is really hit and miss, breakfast is ok and we did go each morning. The rest of the time although all inclusive we ate out at lunch and tea time as we really struggled with something we liked and nothing for kids. The dining area is clean and the drinks are ok. It is 3 euros to the square which I would recommend to do and not go AI. Entertainment There is nothing really for kids apart from playing jenga in the evening. Sam who does the whole of the entertainment herself and does bingo pretty much every evening. Was quite frustrated with this as it was advertised daytime and evening entertainment for children. The pool is absolutely freezing and rare you see anyone in it. people having a good time around the pool bar which is not an issue but not ideal when drinking all day and swearing around the kids, no designated smoking areas so people smoking around the pool around the kids. Came home one evening to a man that drunk he couldn’t find his room and was causing residents and staff issues. Rooms were clean but dated, on arrival cigarette dimps on balcony and on the grass outside also. Really gutted I chose this hotel for my yearly family holiday but putting this to one side we made fantastic memories and had an excellent time when out at the beach and local area so I would defo recommend the area just not this hotel.

We visited the blue seas costa gardens for a couple of days before we stayed at our friends apartment, we were greeted by juan and Virginia who were both very professional juan even tried to give me quick spanish lesson as I am wanting to learn due to numerous visits per year. For the price you pay for a stay it's absolutely spot on beds are comfy. Rooms and balcony are spacious and it's roughly a 10 min walk into town. Will definately visit again keep up the good work guys!!! All the staff are a credit to your organisation.

Writing this on our last day. We booked this as a last minute 4 days before flying. We paid very little compared to some. Hotel is clean Rooms are generous size and kept clean. Don’t expect spectacular it’s just 3* remember. Microwave, fridge, 2 hob rings, lacking In utensils but that was expected. Pool area is clean. They unlock sunbeds at 10 am which obviously is great so no sunbed hoggers. The pool and pool bar however does shut at 6 and they put chains on steps. Many people including us still stayed around pool much later tho. We opted to eat out as food was not really that great, breakfast was better meal of the day. Lots of British which was great for my 11 year old son, as loads kids to hang out with. I can’t comment of entertainment on an evening as we walked down to the square which takes around 10 min or 2 min in a taxi for €3. Water park is 10 min walk from hotel as well. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Mini market on site for snacks and same as uk in price. Over all it’s a pretty decent 3* hotel. No complaints from us. Give it a try.

Booked last minute All staff are super nice and friendly with samara on reception and the bar staff. my son had in his words has a few favorite buttlers which must have been on a day off when we left,so couldn't say goodbye. all food was tasty and different meats everyday, even my very fussy daughter loved the food. 1 euro for a cup but you get that back when you give the cup back,I'm guessing this is to stop people leaving cups around the pool and getting new ones leaving it a mess when they leave the pool area. Check out is 12 which was good news for us as it meant we didn't have to wait too long before our transfer. Pools don't have a shallow end so my son was too scared to go in,he swims but only if he can feel the bottom with his feet but managed to get him in in the end with a blow up ring so he was happy. There is a little pool for the smaller ones and babies deepest end is 0.55m I think Cleaners come every 2 days without fail even if you put a don't disturb sign on the handle. All staff work really hard and work long hours and they still manage to smile be happy and make everyone feel welcome. We didn't want to leave Now back at home with the wet and cold If you get room D202 I have left a travel iron in the small cupboard above the cooker Of my son gets the confidence to swim in deeper water we would defo be back

We've been here for 5 nights and it was very nice.. The food was average but not bad, room was clean and the staff were very friendly! Not far from playa Cuchara and aquarium about 5 mins with taxi . Ignore the bad reviews and try yourself. I think is worth it .

We chose to stay at Blue Sea Costa Teguise Gardens because we had stayed there in 2023, when we liked it so much that we decided to stay there again. Our second visit, for 9 nights, was equally enjoyable and we will certainly consider staying there again. The Manager, Oscar, and all of the staff were friendly and very helpful and they did everything possible to help and assist us; especial thanks go to Receptionist Samara, who, when we arrived at 10:00 pm, was kind enough help us by carrying our heavy case up three flights of steps to the apartment . Next morning, at our request, we were given another apartment on the ground floor, which made life very much easier. We were also able to hire, at reasonable cost, a mobility scooter which also made our stay more enjoyable. The pool area is very attractive, with a pool bar manned by friendly young baristas, and the entire hotel is kept sparklingly clean by friendly but unobtrusive cleaners. I would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone at this establishment and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Just arrived home after another glorious 9 days at Costa Teguise Gardens. Food was OK. Staff were attentive as ever. Hotel clean as always. I know its cheap n cheerful, and not to everybody's taste, but most Brits there were enjoying it.....

Don’t often write reviews, booked directly with hotel after getting cheap flights requested room near to pool with no stairs which was exactly what we were given . Hotel perfectly adequate only once couldn’t really find anything I didn’t want to eat for dinner . Drinks were great , staff outstanding and helpful. Only downside for me were the beds and the inaccessibility of the pool . However we had a great week. For what we paid was spot on . Would we return yes
