호텔 리우 아레카스 - 어른 전용(Hotel Riu Arecas - Adults Only)

Nos encantó la atención, la habitación, el servicio de comedor muy amables, recepción, limpieza, servicio de toallas... Por poner un pero, el minibar no enfriaba y en la oferta no vi bien especificada la info de que las bebidas en la cena no están incluidas en la oferta. Las piscinas estupendas, especial mención a la Infinity pool a pesar de que no sabíamos que era en otra parte del complejo, con unas cuantas escaleras por medio. La tranquilidad del lugar es genial para desconectar. Repetiría seguro.

We found the hotel reception on arrival was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very nice a little worn in places but overall good and very clean, The view wasn’t the best but we never make a fuss with these things. The hotel runs a buffet style menu which was all very nice and catered for most tastes and staff were friendly and helpful. The three pool areas were very clean and had ample sun beds available to use. There were two pool bars serving drinks and bar staff that came to you at the poolside, all very nice indeed. There was evening entertainment at the main bar which we enjoyed when we went in to that area. There is a little walk down to the seafront where there is a lovely promenade where you can take a leisurely stroll. Overall the holiday was very quiet, relaxing and laid back. The hotel and the staff very found to be friendly and accommodating. We have just booked another week at the hotel in August, which we looking forward too.

Lovely hotel will definitely be returning. Loved our room and the view from our balcony. Hotel very busy but staff are very hard working.

Another wonderful trip, hotel and area is amazing, restaurant with a wide variety and drinks very generous, Quiet and relaxing pool area, good quality entertainment every evening finishing by 10.30 so no noise at night.

This was the third time we had been to this hotel the last time only a year ago. Due to our diaries we could only stay 6 nights this time. When we arrived we asked about a safe in our room and were told that this would cost 8 euros a night. We thought this high compared to other hotels and much higher than we paid last year. We were told that if you stay 7 nights the fee is reduced to only 18 euros. This policy appears crazy and we asked to discuss it with the manager the next day. He was polite but said there was nothing he could do as it was company policy. He did state that his hotel would not take responsibility of any lost valuables not put in the safe. As we were on the ground floor we felt it best to pay the fee. I do not feel this is made clear enough in advance and hopefully this review makes future customers aware. We on the other hand who have stayed at least 10 times in RIU hotels will never use their services again as there are many other hotels

A relaxing holiday. Lovely hotel in a quiet location and very comfy beds. Great staff and good food but every night was international night and after seven evenings the food had become a little repetitive. I celebrated a birthday whilst there and the hotel sent a bottle of fizz to our room which has a lovely gesture. The cleaners deserve a special mention, as everywhere in the hotel was super clean. We would definitely stay in another Rui hotel.

Very relaxing stay - currently in middle of 2 week break. Hotel clean and well maintained with all staff friendly and helpful. Wide selection of food with gluten free options although can sometimes be a bit salty - especially fish. Large pool areas with plenty of sunbeds and shade - although this can be a problem. There are sunbathing areas with overhead sun covers. However these are only closed on request and if people are sitting in sun the staff are unable to close the covers to avoid upsetting sunbathers. This means that those wanting shade are crammed under available shade while sunbathers are spread out among other areas see photo. The staff receive frequent requests to close covers which they have to refuse. Suggestion: close several covers in each area first thing so sunbathers can use open areas and shade is available for others.

The hotel is located in the nicest part of Adeje and just a short stroll from the beach. It was 2 large swimming pools and a private area at the back of the beach with an infinity pool - our favourite part, loved it. Never a shortage of sunbeds in either location. We had a pool view room, 4046, which we loved as the sun would hit the balcony at the end of the day enabling us to enjoy a nice glass of wine before our evening meal. Food was lovely, lots of choice, although I would have liked to see some casseroles. The whole hotel was immaculately clean and the staff couldn't do enough to help. We will definitely return!!

We went in August 2023 and have booked again for August 2024 to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Amazing hotel. The staff are the hotel’s best asset - they go above and beyond for guests. Food and facilities are fantastic. Had such a relaxing holiday. Looking forward to returning.
