플로리다 파크 클럽(Florida Park Club)

Very good apar**ent. My only criticism is that there could be a little bit more cooking equipment, but we managed. Daniel was very helpful.

We stayed in a studio in Florida park and the studio was very large with a good size balcony that overlooked Siam Park, However if you look down you would see derelict buildings and a supply yard for Siam Park. The studio really needs an update with a piece of wood placed in the balcony door because there was no lock. I have read other reviews that describe their studio as amazing giving it 10 out of 10 they must have stayed in a different studio to us I would rate it 6 out of Ten. you can find much better at the same price.

Daniel was fantastic. He welcomed me and showed me to my room. A bottle of wine, beer water and cola all part of his ‘welcome drink’ , a lovely touch. I was living next door to a family though when I thought it was an adults only property. The mornings were disturbed because of this but I was only on a short stay of 4 nights. My room was comfortable and spacious. English tv channels and a great powerful hot shower. Thanks Daniel :).

Central location,beach is 10 min walk away which is mostly downhill with plenty of restaurants and bars all close by.If you struggle walking up hill this placevis not for as there's a steep incline to the apar**ent block.

We have stayed here numerous times and cannot rate the Florida Park Club highly enough. If you want spotlessly clean comfortable accommodation with a wonderful peaceful terrace, poo andl an open aspect , these apar**ents are for you. They are barely five minutes from the Costa Adeje Bus station, albeit up a hill or the easier steps but located very centrally for everything. There is no reception or bar but Daniel ,the manager is always on hand. Children are not permitted but there are no facilities for them anyway . If you want music, karaoke and lots of facilities, this is not the place for you. If you want rest and relaxation at a very competitive rate, , you'll find it here..

If property will have air conditioning and little bit update on furniture our stay will be excellent.

Quiet location, mobility problems and a little remote.

Very quiet and clean place. Close to shops and the first cafes and restaurants, but not right on the street which is a plus. It may not be a new building and you can see signs of wear and tear, but it's not a Hilton and for the price I paid everything was as it should be and even better. I was pleasantly surprised with the apar**ent and the whole stay. Daniel is a very helpful guy. Highly recommended.

Upon arrival Daniel greeted us and showed us to our lovely modern studio apar**ent which had free WiFi and a free safe also British TV... In addition Daniel had provided us with a gift of a bottle of wine, water, beer and a cola all at no extra cost... Yes the apar**ents are at the top of a hill but you can basically get anywhere in ten minutes walking(siam park, San eugenio, americas)tip is to get a taxi back for between €4/5..plenty of beds available around the pool anytime of the day...pool is cold but very refreshing after abit of sunbathing... We would have no issues in staying here again.
