"We stayed at this accommodation for two nights towards the end of September 2025. Check-in was a bit unusual – we had to call ahead, then wait about 10 minutes below the property until Roberto arrived. That wasn't a problem at all. Roberto explained a few things to my wife (breakfast, etc.) while I got the bags/suitcases. When I wanted to ask a few more questions later, it seemed like too much. Roberto's friendliness upon arrival was only superficial (more of an act). He then mentioned that we would have to pay for parking (even though his wife Claudia had confirmed in an email that parking was included, as stated on ***********). We hadn't even been there 30 minutes when we found a parking ticket from the local police on our car (in the parking lot on the side of the road below the accommodation). This annoyed us quite a bit – paying for parking is fine, but not handing out tickets right away... – but we didn't let it spoil our stay. Breakfast – well, freshly prepared is something else entirely... some of the items served were, but certainly not everything. And the whole thing was quite meager, as if they were trying to cut costs! And then they served one table after another... The two women who prepared and served breakfast were nice and friendly. On the third day before departure, before paying, I asked one of the women about my parking ticket, if anything could be done about it. She called Roberto. The answer was: no. There was nothing they could do about it. Roberto did eventually arrive at the accommodation, but he showed no interest in asking about the buses or even saying hello or goodbye to the guests. We ended up saying our goodbyes to everyone by popping into the kitchen and saying a proper "ciao." The accommodation itself was otherwise fine; no complaints there. Great location, close to the train station with good connections to the five villages of the Cinque Terre. Overall, no problem; we survived it easily and had a wonderful stay in the Cinque Terre region. However, regarding the accommodation: for the price we paid, we definitely expected something different."

"The guesthouse is conveniently located near the train station, accessible by bus with departure times generally synchronized with train schedules. Alternatively, you can walk up a few steps for exercise. The guesthouse owner is very welcoming, and the property features a garden courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast and conversation in a pleasant atmosphere."

"In fact I didnt really go bc they canceled my Booking reservation unilaterally since I had technical problems with the online registration. I just finished walking all five villages in Cinque Terre. I stayed in so many walker friendly places. This property is VERY UNFRIENDLY to walkers. At some point they called me petty for having problems with the online registration."
