'The hotel is cozy and familiy's friendly, the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, Fatima at the reception desk was great. The breakfast is intercontinental buffet and had a variety of options besides great taste, Dinner is A LA carte menu and the chef is exceptional. We didn't use the outdoor pool since it's so cold but the Spa and the indoor pool was pretty nice، the Jacuzzi was out of order. Overall the location and services was pretty much great definitely deserves another visit.'

'A superb historic property under private management and ownership - actually, in the ownership of the same family for over 400 years altho’ now a member of the Small Luxury Hotels marketing system affiliated with Hilton. The property in its adjoining Gardens are a destination in themselves, along with the nearby (400m) Santa Clara monastery. They may be sufficient for some visitors, but it’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Coimbra and it’s main historical area. Arthur Wellesley - aka Viscount Wellington - was a visitor during his Iberian campaign, so you’re in good company.  Staff are superb and obviously hand picked by the owner. The receptionist when I arrived (Evening of Sunday 16 February) was simply the best I’ve ever experienced, Singapore, Bangkok and Tokyo included.  Genuinely fascinating to talk to about the history of the building and some of the previous guests (famous but  ‘passed’ celebrities so no confidence is breached).  Best to stay in the rooms in the main building if possible, if tales of the previous occupant intrigue. Although the spa Is impressive – up to best Thai standards - and I guess the adjoining spa rooms may be equally good. Overall, an absolute gem that far exceeded expectations.'

'Hotel muy bien situado con un personal muy amable y competente, buen servicio de atención , amabilidad e información. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y señalizadas, y la habitación suficientemente confortable pero falta una pequeña mesa ya que no había ni donde poner el ordenador para utilización normal. Buen colchón y temperatura ambiente. No así el baño que era totalmente insuficiente por dimensiones del mismo. Se entraba justo, y por ejemplo para usar el lavabo simplemente para lavarse las manos se salpicaba todo el suelo ya que era ”minimalista” de 30x 20 cm.; la taza del inodoro sin apenas sitio y la ducha-mampara lo justo para poderte mover. Lo dicho apenas 3 metros cuadrados de cuarto de baño. El desayuno tipo continental muy flojo , no merece la pena contratarlo.'

'Sítio bom. Pessoas simpáticas, prestáveis. Precisei de adiar 1h o check out e foi possível. Quarto cheirava imenso a humidade. Paredes com humidade. Difícil de respirar no quarto. De manhã quando acordava, paredes e janelas cheias de água/humidade. Trabalho em Saúde. Sei que esta é uma condição muito grave para a saúde respiratória de quem aí ficar hospedado. Uma das noites tive de dormir com a janela mais aberta para retirar cheiro a humidade. Outra situação, parece-me que entraram no quarto: tinha rolo de papel higiénico reposto. Não me foi previamente comunicado que me entrariam no quarto sem o meu conhecimento.'

'호텔은 매우 젊은 음악 스타일로 중심가까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 방은 매우 작았고 벽에 여러 개의 물건이 걸려 공간을 더욱 줄였습니다. 침대 옆에는 일종의 나무 기타가 매달려 있었습니다. 욕실은 작지만 기능적이며 샤워 타월은 얼굴 타월 크기이며 매우 얇아서 건조하기가 매우 어렵습니다. 좋은 일반 청소. 호텔은 지불을 위한 주차 서비스를 제공합니다.'
