해변과 가깝고 좋습니다

정말 멋진 시작이었어요! Trip.com 할인 덕분에 수푼 아케이드 레지던시(Supun Arcade Residency)에서 5명이 머물 수 있는 최고급 아파트를 예약할 수 있었어요. 스리랑카에서의 첫 며칠을 편안하게 보내기에 더할 나위 없이 완벽했죠. 아파트에는 여행자가 원하는 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었어요. 주방, 대형 물탱크, 냉장고, 세탁기까지! 조식 뷔페는 맛있었고, 직원들은 항상 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셨어요. 게다가 (진정한 의미로) 환상적인 전망의 루프탑 수영장과 정말 맛있는 음식을 제공하는 멋진 레스토랑까지! 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈고 강력 추천합니다!

저는 4박을 했고 2000달러가 넘게 썼습니다(같은 건물에 있는 수푼 레스토랑과 수푼 몰 포함). 마지막 날 3살짜리 아이가 펜으로 놀고 책에 그림을 그리다가 침대에 얼룩이 져서 벌금을 물었습니다. 알겠습니다. 청소비를 지불하겠다고 했지만 새 침대 시트 벌금으로 9000LKR이라고 했습니다!!!!! 그러자 알겠습니다. 9000LKR을 지불하겠다고 하고 새 침대 시트를 사서 낡은 침대 시트를 달라고 했습니다. 그러자 그들은 동의하지 않고 운영 관리자와 이야기하라고 했습니다. 운영 관리자는 낡은 돌 침대 시트를 줄 수 없다고 하면서 4500LKR을 내라고 했습니다. 그래서 저는 4500LKR을 내고 이 문제를 해결했습니다. 이 모든 것이 손님에게는 그다지 친절하지 않습니다.

엄청 크고 서비스도 좋은 아파트예요. 하지만 공항에서는 멀어요.

3박을 묵었습니다. 호텔은 정말 끔찍했어요. 바퀴벌레가 도처에 있었고, 1박을 묵고 다른 호텔로 옮겨야 했는데, 나머지 2박에 대한 숙박비는 돌려주지 않았습니다.

A big apartment at a reasonable price. Rooftop restaurant and pool are great. WiFi is a little weak in the bedroom. Location is useful on the Galle Road.

The hotel was very poor. We stayed in a big room for 6 people but the room was not very well cleaned, with stained linen on the bed and towels. The quality of the beds was terrible. The good thing about it were the amenities, with a good laundry room and kitchen with good appliances even though we didn’t use either. The food at the restaurant was absolutely awful, both for dinner and breakfast.

Have stayed at this place in 2023 and Aug 2024. It is good for when going as a family vacation but not great if I was traveling there for work. I hope the management takes some time to improve the smaller details or provide a premium service offering where everything is ready to go. Positives: - Great location, close to transportation easily accessible to anywhere. - Staff are great, especially after tipping them they will look after you well! - Supermarket on ground floor, well stocked and convenient - Pool and restaurant on roof good quality and nice views Negatives: - No wifi, TV didn't work (because of poor internet) - Bedside tables not there, no power near the beds or near table to set up your laptop (for example). Hotel needs to keep power boards, extension chords to help with this. So was very difficult to get work done, had to organise it all myself

Great location n good facilities. The apartments r clean n quiet comfortable. Awesome rooftop pool with a fantastic 360 view. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Chk in n chk out is a cumbersome n extremely time consuming. Other than this it’s really a good place to stay

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The guy called Dhenesh or someone who is in the front door, doesn’t seem pleasant at all and me and my friends were wearing shorts and we were properly judged by them. And secondly, before coming to the place we specifically mentioned that we need a two room apartment for 5 people. A lady called Veronica agreed on that and even after coming they asked us to stay in the lobby and that the hotel room will be ready in any minute. After wasting our time for more than 1 hour, they finally said that we will have to go for another option by paying more which they didn’t mention before. And the guy in the counter, called Asitha is literally useless. Even after explaining everything he was just there looking at the pc and doing nothing. No justice will be happening to us as I have seen reviews about the owner of the hotel as well. Before you go, DO NOT GO!!!! Disgusting.

Some of the pillows in the rooms are very hard and the pool is very deep but room service was nice they recommended places we could go in Colombo but the tv didn’t work and they said they can’t do anything about it there was also very limited wifi it was ok I guess

So it started with the check in, there were not organised and the rooms were not ready. And i was checking in at 4 pm and as per my booking i was supposed to check in at 2pm. Then once i went to the room it was in a very bad condition, the paint was peeling off the walls and the room like everything was about to fall apart. As i was on a business trip, i left and cane back at night. There were 2 Air conditioner’s, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Both were not working and after repeated pleading with the staff i finally gave up and slept in 38 degree celsius heat. Next day they agreed to change my room and gave me another room. While i was gone on my business trip during the day, they trumped up false damage charges and charged me LKR 25,000 for some damage which i was niether shown or any proof given. They had taken a deposit of USD100 in cash at the very beginning and now i know why the insisted on taking cash. The staff was rude and not helpful, the worst experience of mine in srilanka
